These victims r better to be burnt with hands tied in a room.. And tht has to be exhibited to everyone that makes people fear doing these things again in the future.. These punishments r still lesser for them.

How will she (JJ) comment on this? She deserves to get this punishment along with these brutal murders. It would have been ideal to burn these rascals on the road by the public or stoned to death. Anybody with me?

They will appeal in HC, there after sveral years judgment will come that they will be given life impresment. Then they will go to SC, there after some of them dies and after several years, SC will give judgement they are not crimes.

Thanks to the judicary for this judgement. We completely symphathise with the family and parents of these 3 students. Let political parties learn lesson that the common people are responsible for them to come to power and not their chamchaas

Its a good judiciary system.but don't allow them to appeal for high court.if they allow,it will take another two decades to give judgement, meanwhile some of them dead by nature. These are the stupidf thing happen befor e in indian history.Better to shoot the criminals now itself
RE:Don't allow the culprit for futher appealing
by murali daran on Feb 16, 2007 03:16 PM Permalink
yeah these criminals shold not be allowed for further high appeal.. This case should be closed one in for all with the same punishment. Even this s a small punishment for them
It is true that their act is gruesome and highly deplorable.
But, I believe the court has failed to note that this was done in a fit of rage and was not a planned murder. If this argument is accepted the crime certainly does not warrant death sentence and thus the High court will strike it down if they chose to appeal.
Btw, what has JJ done in this (I notice some comments against JJ)? She has neither instigated them to burn to bus nor other AIADMK members who indulged in violence. This is the result of our Indian mindset, where we fail to make objective and rational decisions and go by emotional instincts. Hence one should realise that this is not particularly the fault of JJ.

I welcome this judgement. Hope three girs parents were happy to hear this judgement.
Again same question : what JJ will reply for this issue today/tomorrow?
In future Party cadre people should realise this judgement and won't do these kind of activities .

If death sentence carried out, this will be very correct verdict.

Yes, it is a rare case and fits in death penalty just because of the cirumstances in which the teacher and students in the bus pleaded for mercy. BTW, Please don't mention 'sister' and all for this comments. If our loved ones were burnt, the definitely,we would support death sentence but law, judiciary are above all human emotions.. It is functioning as a neutral venue for all grievences.

How can you kill innocent girls in a fit of rage, what if you had your own Sister or relative among them. If it is really a fit of rage, they should have asked girls come out of the Bus and then burn the Bus (I dont support it either anyway). I fully salute the Judiciary System here. It should send a clear signals to all Hooligans across this country, who takes things for granted.

JJ was not in power in 2000. So pl explain you finding. Great verdict by the jury. The AIADMK men should have learnt from other mobsters who burn buses regularly without human loss all over India.

I think this is one sane voice against the mob-media fury! Congrats!
Many salutations to the Indian Judiciary system. Justice has prevailed. JJ the deplorable politician should quit from politics atleast now. What is 'Thuglaq' Cho who welcomes and justifies all nonsense from JJ has to say on this judgment.
