Time for citizens to take bureaucrats and politicians to task
by J D on Feb 16, 2007 06:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Enough is enough. I am sick of it all.

We are led by murderers and thugs who rarely pay for their crimes - even those who get caught.

Burning innocent people, disrupting our daily lives, inciting communal tensions, and lining their own pockets is all these goons are good for.

Its time for citizens to arm themselves and go after these Godless souls. Every week, in every district until they are brought to their knees.

No more perks, no more security and no more priviledges to these - the worst of the worst.

Rise up - the time is now.

You want us to take the law in our hands!! Dont you think that is what these murderers and thugs have done. Why follow them? The hand that lives by the sword will belong to a person who will never have peace of mind.

You expect these animals to reform on their own? How? When the police themselves are corrupt and at the mercy of these beasts, how else do you expect to tame these people? I'd rather stand up today and let my children/grandchildren enjoy peace of mind

What do you mean by PAN-INDIA? Not showing the news that are happening in India? Do you think this news about 3 innocent girls being killed for no reason is irrelavant? The world should also know about the atrocities happening in our country.
For your information, only people in India and NRIs follow this portal regularly. First of all, we should be a human being.. then we could boast ourselves as an Indian in your pan-indian style.

justice delayed
by cedric nazareth on Feb 16, 2007 03:30 PM  Permalink

Justice has certainly been delayed in this case. The convicted are definitely going to appeal and the case is certainly going to drag on endlessly. We need an effective justice system that should be able to deliver judgment in such cases quickly and with no chance of a further appeal. The gallows is the easy way out for these goons. Amputation of limbs and incarceration for life would be more appropriate .
