At least the court should have considered the value of the common voters who suffers by this late verdict and the accountability of expenditure to the state/nation. Hope in future our judiciary will sharpen the priority considerations judiciously for the real sake of justice! However, it is really an appreciable verdict, though late. Hope, we the voters can weigh the reality of sitution how mercilessly we are ruled by our servents at our cost and ofcoure, generations. It would be more practical if we spit out our petty deferences and elect our rulers mercilessly! One more thing I want to add is that the expectations from the judiciary is the only thing left in the present Democraaaaaazzzzzzy!!
AS SOON AS THE MLA CHANGES HIS/HER LOYALTY FROM SYMBOL HE/SHE HAS WON THE ELECTION, HE SHOULD BE DISQUALIFIED AND ONE SHOULD FIGHT AGAIN TO ENTER THE ASSEMBLY.
It is clear that break away group opened the gates for others to follow. The court has delared that as illegal.Centre should use the verdict to get rid of this govt if it wants to hold fair elections.

just delayed is justice denied. supreme court can do anyhing since it is supreme. but who made it supreme, we all, who sufer poor and underprivileaged class untill this class come for ward in poltics and take real active particiation thing are not going to change. justice shoud be a time boud process legal depart ment should work round the clock like toher many departmentthen situation itself will take place.
I welcome the Judgement of SC But certainly justice delayed means justice denied what will be the fate of MLAs who are remaining in LBSP and the Govt of SP which was supported by the disqualified MLAs.
This delayed judgement cause great pain not only to UP but also to whole Country. If there were no Mulayam Govt, no NITHARI killings and many more Unlawful activities could be controlled by MAYA, The great Queen of INDIA.

I wouldnt say she is a queen, but she really has guts to be a major political leader in UP. Fighting goons in UP is certainly not a common persons job. It was really amazing the way she "handled" rajju bhaiyya, no other party would have dared to do it. :-)
Very bad decesion as it is wastage of time of court and favours the MLA. their tenure has already been completed and in next election other will follow the similar path. Judiciory must act fast so that culprit should not enjoy for longer time.Judiciay is simply favoring Leaders
hellow rediff pls recall my views on delivery of justice--once again justice delivered very late and that too as usual in a piece meal-- an incomplete justice which raises many eyebrows since mulyam govt has survived--why-why-a million ryuppes question as u go to public and they stand by my views that something inbetween happened and a criminalised govt survives lalit kumar
Its a good lesson. But who will bear the cost spend on electing these political black marks.?
Have to form the law such a way when a elected members disqualified, the total cost spent on election on their constituency to recovered and needs to banned for next 3 elections..
