Bihar is only an example of what will happen to our States if Competitive Populism increses "Reservations" to cover well-off Segments like OBCs and others to the tune of 2/3 of the Seats. People accustomed to getting things Free [without working for it] will want to perpetuate the Free Meal.Long Live Leaders like V.P.Singh and his Proteges for spoiling this country.
Wat a sad state!! I read a statistic somewhr that Bihar produces maximum IAS officers..now I can say how. Thrs no denying the fact that cheating happens everywhr..not only in India but the whole world..but protesting and mobbing for not allwoing to cheat..thats wat makes Bihar takes the cake!! Even in my exp i have seen biharis are more crooked than others..like take this instance, I knew a guy ,who forged his salary slip while jumping to another company to get a higher sal, and when the new company found out he was fired, but this crook covered it again and jumped to another MNC with much hgher sal..some ppl praise his guts and resourcefullness..but I brand it plain ugly cheating. Sadly the word "Bihari" is taking an altogether new meaning! I know many ppl(from bihar offcourse) will jump at my comments and will use choicest of verbal abuse..but guys all u have to show off is Lalu and his in-laws!!

People should talk about others after understanding the real grounds. Simply blaming a sttae or considering your own state great is foolishness i beleive. Its sad that people have got mouth just to say bad things about others instead of really getting up and doing something to make the situation better. If one state is bad then whole india is bad. People talk about crookedness ..there are mnay cases where forgeries as mentioned by Vernkat are done insevral other staes then why only particular sttae should be blames and doing JAIJAIKAR of your state is very bad thing as you are encouragingdivide and rule policy. FOR GOD SAKE STOP ALL THIS and think of what can be done to avoid people from that state to suffer for the act which they havent done.

None is talking about his own state. If you r really concerned about Bihar, Raise your voice against your own people. Go and say to any1 in India that you r from Bihar. Every1 would keep a distance. It is such a shitty state.
A CRITICAL MASS IS REACHED WHERE ANY GENUINE STUDENT WHO HAS WORKED VERY HARD TO ACHIEVE A RESULT THAT WOULD BE RESPECTED NOT ONLY IN BIHAR BUT THROUGH OUT INDIA AND BEYOND ARE BEING SUBJECTED TO A BLACK FUTURE AND CAREER DISTRUCTION BECAUSE OF THESE MOBS.IN MY OPINION BIHARI CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE VALID ONLY IN BIHAR

Only Laloo Prasad Yadav is not bihari but there are also plenty who have histories of such crookedness
