The extreme ones left with Jinnah to form Pakistan in 1947.The majority, who understood the madness of having an islamic state, remained in inda and agreed to being Indian first, then muslim. Some of their descendants however have become extreme.They should pack up and leave for Pakistan. India should remain as it is, one law for all.
Carry on...3 cheers to everybody who were behind the show. We, who exercise voting rights are helpless as we need to choose the worse from the worst. Some more corrupt power-hungry politicians..and we will have a different law for everybody..the pooorest will be punished will be hanged..the richest will be awarded mercy..the qualified will be criminals..and the powerfull with the more lucrative positions..every state, every city..every town, every village...every colony and every household will have different laws.
it is time that we stop calling India a secular state. The largest and the oldest party without being a hypocrite should go all-out in ensuring one.
is somebody listening. Alas, we ahve become a country of impotent people who cant listen..cant talk or hear..just let it be the way it is. Hail Mother India.

My Dear Muslim fellow citizens of India, try to understand the "hidden agenda" of the congress party. They just want all Muslims to be in Poverty & a neglected part of the society. And to achive this agenda they are using words like "Islamic, Allah, Shariat..etc". They want all Indian Muslims to be teached in Madrassa..learn only Quoran & Shariat laws...so that all you people can be kept away from Technology & all other mainstream education. And when you finish up your education you end up with a job like motor mechanic or a leather shoe businessman. If you disagree with me..plz give me 5 examples where a Indian Muslim is doing some IT business or some Innovative business. There was a college in Bangalore called "Islamic Institute of Technology" , where only Muslims were addmitted in Engineering subjects free of cost. Can anybody tell me the "truth" why & who closed it???? My dear Indian Muslims, open that fundamentalist glass from your eyes (which are forced on you by the so called "Secular politicians of India) & see the truth. And the only Truth is "It is you who is being used & kept away from all good things by ALL THESE SO CALLED SECULAR POLITICIANS". Onother example is why the Mullahs are asking newborn babies not to give Polio Vaccine??? Because they want their suprimacy intact. If all Muslims become stong & know the truth..no one will obey those Criminal minded Mullahs...so he want all the newborn babies to be Polio patient. Jago Bhai Jago...

It is not just Congress party. The original mischief was done by jawaharlal nehru. nehru doctored constitution to make it anti-Hindu and pro-semetic to the extent possible. It was for nothing that Sardar Patel called Nehru a Musalmaan. It is only genuinely good people such as Sardar Modi that can save this country and its original culture.
If somebody, speaks against HINDUs, then they are SECULAR and if you go one step ahead and speak in support of Muslims or Christians (It has to be specially noted that Sikhs and other minorities are not included in this), then you are an ULTRA SECULAR. When this is the case, I could simply say, even Mahatma Gandhiji was not SECULAR, but only secular...... This SECULAR view is a creation of the political leaders who only eyes the votebank, neither the development of the country nor the reality...
If so, then it should be applicable for criminals too....an eye for an eye, arm for an arm, rape for a rape. Let the Shariat be all encompassing ... let the middle ages loom...

Just a point. There is no such thing as, rape for a rape. If the law is strict enough, definetly the crime would come down. Irrespective we humans being sensitive to the severe/capital punishment given, the society be peaceful.

this is the biggest win of muslims in india against court law and congress must be thankfull for this. congress should start spending money to make sheriat as the state law where muslims are in majority. we also should thank generous indians who are also supporting muslims and are ready to crush court law to upheal muslim community.

the laws in any country should not be specific to communities. They should rather be common and same for all communities as all the citizens of a country should be treated at par, without giving preference to any specific community. I am not against any muslim law or anything as such, but i belive that there should be common laws for all which may include some law from say shariyat or an other community, which can be applicable to the entire nation and in effect the humanity
