Let us concentrate on MANKIND rather than fighting as HINDUS, MUSLIMS and CHRISTIANS. When the economy, literacy, employment are growing our mindset also needs growth.
Only we are proclaiming UNITY in DIVERSITY but rarely we see. FIGHTING for water causing thousands of crores loses to our NATIONS only. Ultimately we are going to lose.

Dear Mr Natarajan, I completely agree with. What happend to we indians, we cant find the proverb unity in diversity anymore in india. Moreover we have now started making differences in North indians and south Indians. Lets grow up and be more matured.

Kumar, I knew existance of killing at the age of 13 or so, when a drug peddler from somewhere got killed. It was pathetic, it was intresting that murder existed. Many more were like that, it was a surprise for most to know that killing happens. For years I am reviewing all the posts that seem to advice not to be killer and fascists and fundamentalists etc. Please don't read any more.
teach your religion! uplift your people, wipe out social issues, help one another.
And respect each and everyone. If you have the guts to say that Jesus follwed what Budha taught, and budhist Monks were even upto Iran..and all these teachings are based on the teachings of Vedanta. Then teach! rather than saying Sonia is from Italy and you are monkey worshippers etc.
I LOVE JESUS! Even the western man and Indian Christians never followed what he tried to teach, to me he was just following Ved Vyasji and Budha..West never had a God, all of them are from East!!
Stop degrading Hinduism just like the terrorists give face to Islam. You wanna talk hindu unity, then teach that Aryabhatta calculated the length of earth's rotation and he is 1/15th off on from the Atomic Clock! Teach Ayurveda, mathematics came from India..

Dear Ajith Balakrishnan, I was a fan of rediff.com for the nice articles, columns and tips on all facets of life. But of late, it is seen that rediff is perpetrating religious fanatisism and for formenting regional tensions (statewise). Otherwise, why are you giving links to dubious and silly websites like the one above.. The message board section is becoming increasingly parochial and full of bigotry. It will not help us Indians in any way.. I request you to stop the message boards feature from your site.

Dear Shalini, it is time you woke up. Refiff is doing very little of what you say viz: nice articles/columns/tips on all facets of life. These facets have been narrowed to Shahrukh/ Mallika/ Gandhi Family/ Congress/ Bacchan Family/ Sex/ US/ Gossip. You say you are a fan of rediff, then you must be feeling content with these, aren't you? As for the religious angle, you have to blame the real culprits i.e. our leaders who are obstinate/ two - faced and not the writers. We common people are always at the receiving end of their conspiracies and such forums are our only way to express. And if you want to snatch this from us, well...

what do u think happens to hindus in Bhutan and Sri Lanka. You are picking on Pakistan only but all these other three countries destroy hindu temple day after day. Also they build bhuddist temples but never give permission to build hindu temples. Do you think, its only bad when muslims do this to hindus. is it ok for bhuddist to do attrocities towards hindus

Its good to know to atleast few people do care about hindu minorities and even hindus do have botherhood feelings and is still a community. No i never compared attricoties by muslims with by bhuddist or by christians. My main motive here is to spread the awareness among fellow hindus and wish we raise above linguistic barriers and support our ancient religion. yes, we all are busy in our livelihood, dont have time to do much our religion but atleast spread the awareness and force the indian media to bring up to this cause, all will agree that indian media is so powerful, we can surely make a point across. Hindus do not have a pope or isamic union to come to the resuce its we people who can act a strong community.

i agree fully with you. this is why we need India to force Bhuttan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh to treat its hindu minorities with fairness. That is allow them to practice their religion as much as the majority religions in those countries.

also what worries me is that these countries (not sure about bhutan but surely bangladesh and sri lanka) are big supporters of pakistan. these are bases for ISI to do its dirty work in east and south India.
We not only protect the Hindu minorities in these countries but also stop ISI.

The best approach would be to write individually to the various Newspapers to publish articles on the atrocities againt Hindu minorities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, SriLanka etc with proper links. If we are committed we can make a difference.

Anglo-indians are indians.... go talk to one and you will see who they are... I had one in the class who never ever considered himself indian, never learnt indian language and never mingled with local population and YES he managed to grow up like this in India!!
nowadays websites are doing more bad than good,porn sites are invading privacy by intrusion, they morph faces and all such nonsense are tried out,terrorist use it for their nefarious activities and propoganda etc, simalarly its so simple to character assasinate anybody from foreign soil and simply get away,if these so called hindus are true in nature let them rescue the thousands of indian women who are being ravaged in foriegn soils by prostitution,instead of victimising the innocent rahul they should have better priorites for the hindu community!!!!

The congree in name of secularism teaches hindu mother in terms of fertility, please don't ask me reference.
It seems killing muslims is the only way to become hindus, while killing hindus or remaining silent when they suffer is not considered pro-hindu.
