SANJAY DUTT
by vikas bakshi on Feb 07, 2007 02:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

He is a great person,he should be released of charges against arms act, because he,s already spent 18 months in jail under tada act.recently honble court dismissed the charges against him under TADA ACT.Possesing of arms thus be consider as a act of self defence only for such a high profile of personalities.

Sanjay Dutt

Poor chap! should be released. He has spent more time in jail facing the trial. After all,all celebrities need to keep some weapon or the other to protect themselves from the underworld dons! Nothing wrong in keeping. There are more criminals in the blanket of Politicians. They get scott free and spoil the society more!

Murli,
You are answering your point. He had his father and now his sister as MPs. Are they not politicians? Is he not taking shelter of these politician blood relatives ? Micheal Jackson did not hide behind his father or sister to escape JAIL.

He had kept the weapons for his safety... as during that time Dutt Sahb was helping a lot of Muslims in Bandra and it was obvious that they could be attcked.... Let him live freely.

Hmm... what about a BAD apple who is still a CM after a genocide and Badd apples who have held post of union home minister, union defence minister .. irrespective of parties. The offences against them are of charging mobs to rioting and selling national interest for personal interest.

sanjay dutt - bail or no bail
by on Feb 07, 2007 02:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

everybody here is trying to compare mr.dutt with all the other criminals who are in/out of jails. but why they dont understand one simple reason of letting him out on bail is that he never missed the dates of trial or never tried to flee the country like many other artiste including mr.nadeem who is languishing in a foreign country. we need to go by the genuinty of a person and not just by the reason that he is a popular person and using his money power.if he was really so powerful then he wouldnt have spent all those 13 months in jail at all and would have been out in 13 minutes or 13 days.

Your point seems like he has done a great service to the country by being in jail for 13 months and appearing in court regularly. This is nonsense.

He was sure he would use his MP fathers' full pressure on the state and central Congree governments to give him the best treatment despite his criminal acts during the days before 1993 bombings. He is reported to have personally supervised the quantity of explosives that would be enough or NOT to bring Mumbai on its knees. that is not an ORDINARY crime.
Nadeem is hiding in London after murdering Swargeeya Gulshan Kumar as his father is NOT A CONGRESS MP.

The issue of Sanjay Dutt is such that many have gone in favour of him, but what about the common man who are languishing in jails for similar cases. Do they don't have any moral responsibility for their family.

by jagdish choudhury on Feb 07, 2007 02:02 PM  Permalink

According to the evidence the Hon'ble court punished the accused, hence the TADA court not any guilty or any parsiality over their judgment
as like sanjat Dutt the other accused persons are aquittal in TADA act must believe the indian judiciary.
