it was in the assembly. And if owning a revlover is a crime, half of the residents of minority dominated areas will be behind bars. More than that, why didnt the Congress Govt register a case against him? It happened when he was in the opposition. Again, possession of a revolver is not covered under TADA but under Arms Act. Thirdly, how many people can a revlover kill?

There is a concerted attempt by a group to whip sympathy for Sanjay Dutt
He is responsible for the blasts for he allowed his garage to be used for bomb assembly. He knew the blasts were happening but did nothing to inform the police. He has the blood of more than 300 people on his hands

As per indian law (IPC 301) a person can kill another to protect himself when other person try to cause his death then y he should not possess arms to protect himself from people who threatened him?.
"If a person, by doing anything which he intends or knows to be likely to cause death, commits culpable homicide by causing the death of any person, whose death he neither intends nor knows himself to be likely to cause, the culpable homicide committed by the offender is of the description of which it would have been if he had caused the death of the person whose death he intended or knew himself to be likely to cause."
which means a person can kill any person who may cause harm to him which can lead to his death..
when a person can kill another person to protect himself from death...y can't he posses an arms to protect himself from people who threatened him...?? that to at the time when country was under threat...obviously he was also under threat.. i beleive as per law sanjay should not be convicted..
