Mr. Ratan Tata has given his response by announcing shortly after the meeting he had that Singur Plant will come at any cost is the clear indication of the changing face of Tata Group under Mr. Ratan Tata and the people of this country has to take notice on this.
It means that the founder of TATA Group ideology and dream has no value during this liberalization period. Present liberalization era, everybody wants money at any cost and for that purpose, they will do any types of jobs even though those things which are ultimately leading the destruction of any country. Patriotism, Humanism etc. have gone away from this money oriented business man and they are thinking that they are living in paradise and they can do whatever they want. It seems that they are also thinking that they are above from any laws of the land and they can do whatever they wanted to.
In the name of business development, these big business houses are taking fertile lands and destroying forest lands as well, thereby destroying ecological imbalance and creating environmental problems everywhere. No Human Rights Commission or Members are interested to look into the large scale atrocities done / doing by the legal police taking illegal orders from the authorities for allowing to grow / help these big industrial houses by destroying everything.
Particularly in the Singur project and the protests we are seeing everywhere against acquiring of Agricultural Land for industrial development, the pictures we are seeing clearly shows that those lands are fertile and used for agricultural purpose. By destroying the lives of the Agriculturists, selfish politicians are doing big mistakes and planning to construct big industrial firms where there are no steps for controlling the pollution they are creating for. We are not against industrialization, but industrialization should not be at the cost of loss of agriculture. What we are doing in this independent India is to suppress the voices of Agriculturists and kill their livelihood elsewhere, grab their land at any cost, send them another unfertile lands with meager compensation and allow them to struggle to do agricultural works on them.
We therefore consider this as the cent percent violation of human rights. There is Human Rights Commission in every state and in Delhi, Indian Human Rights Commission is situated, World Human Rights commission is also there. It is but unfortunate that no organization is interested to look into this problem.
Since Mr. Ratan Tata announced that he will complete his dream project on the cold blooded land against the wishes of the agricultural land owners and the State Govt. and its supporters are adamant to kill the land and make it a concrete one, there is no other choice, but to continue the agitation for its logical conclusion. Agriculturists and people of India should come forward to start a silent and relentless struggle against this imposition of wrong ideas whether it is in Singur or anywhere else and give a befitting response against the acquisition of agricultural land for any developmental works, except that for manufacturing for the equipments for defense purpose.
There should be an agricultural revolution since Indian Political leadership did not make any efficient steps to improve the lives of Indian Agriculturists even after 60 years of India%u2019s Independence and any types of voices against inaction / atrocities done to them are not getting noticed so far. They only wanted to help industrial big houses and people who are working in Agricultural Lands are going nowhere here in India. The reports we are getting from different parts of the country giving the pictures of arrogant and illegal activities of the mighty force and the political big wigs and they are compelling to commit suicides. Suicide rates are exorbitantly high in this sector and recently it is increasing in huge proportion and the authorities are not interested to give any help or solving their problems. Only when elections are round the corner, they will visit this poor category and ask for votes. Instead of withdrawing the justifiable agitation in the middle, now the time has come to end it under its logical conclusion. We were really wished at one time that if TMC Leader Ms. Mamta Banerjee did not stop her indefinite hunger strike, then this problem must have solved by this time. However, she withdrawn her hunger strike as per our Honourable Indian President's and Prime Minister of India's advices. But still the problem persists. We will have to take following steps to make this struggle for a successful end:
a) Mr. Ratan Tata confirm that he will not sign the lease agreement which he is supposed to sign at any time and ask for other place in WB for his dream project, without wasting States and his own valuable time and money. b) If this does not happen, environmentalists and agriculturists all over India will have to take this struggle throughout India as Singur is not a single one land where agricultural lands are taken by the industrialists for industrial purpose. c) Further people around the country who are supporting environmental and agricultural lands safety to come out and declare their support to this ongoing struggle and if needs to be, start boycotting this companies products all over India. To start from, people can boycott its various consumer and other day to day usage products which are using in Kitchen. d) Mass movement against agricultural and forest land acquisition for industrial purpose to be started with the help of likeminded parties and intellectuals, environmentalists and even if necessary, to start indefinite mass hunger strikes on Stage and Central Capitals since we expect that such types of land acquisitions will come more and more because of the wrong policies continuing by the leadership of this country.
Without a combined and long struggle, nobody can win this battle, since here all politicians and their mighty force are looking to suppress the struggle at any cost, because their political masters do not want a clean, strong, and progressive India and only wanted to concentrate for the monetary benefits they can acquire for.
It is shame on Ratan Tata who claims to be morale based man, knowing the apathy of Singur people, going ahead with this ill-planned Singur plant.
Tata is also fiddling for DOW Chemicals - owner of Union Carbide, who is responsible for deaths of 22,000 people & counting, who wants to enter India's bull market but not clean up Bhopal or own up the responsibility. Why is Tata supporting the Criminal DOW?

Why to blame Tata.Where is Singur and who has invited Tata to set up the plant ? Is it not the responsibility of WB bengal GOVT for the apathy of Singur people ? Blame the Communists who have been exposed in the Singur fiasco where they oppose such situations in other states.
