There is absolutely no doubt that people involved should be dealt as severely as possible as this is one of the most rarest of the rarest cases. I have one more point to make out here; Why the government should Pay compensation from the tax payers money for their political gains? The entire property earned by moninder singh should be auctioned and the money accrued there in should be distributed among the victims family proportionately as a deterrent punishment so that in future no Mononder singh dares to do so.

sure lynching is the only way to deal such.......vikas yadav,manu sharma,santosh kumar singh,alok tomar,moninder,surrender& before them all police/adm/political personalities.friend we will remain divided on political lines,nothing would improve.shivpalsingh of samajwadi,congressmaen who had helped manu sharma,shivrajsingh chauhan of BJP,who termed the murder of prof.sabhhawal merely a "dukhad ghatna",should all be discarded,cutting acroos party lines.

some other people in Govt organisation may hace involvement in this ,So nithari should not hang up till the root of the case is taken out.All the culprits who are in line with nithari should held and hang up ,
All the people involved should be strictly treated without any political pressure. However in my opinion chances of fair probe are very less , but after the fair judgement of last few cases like Jassica I am optimistic for fair investigation. And hope all the parentes who have lost their Angels will get right judgement. God Bless them.

I agree , 100%... !!! Indian Police Agencies need to seperate themselves from the State Politicians... in each and every states. That would surely prevent another "Nithari" in the near future.

really so.but friend,witnesses in sabbharwal murder case turned hostile just yesterday.everywhere,the Govts/Police/Prosecution are busy in saving their own"men/women".Jessicalal,mattoo,nitishkatara,prof.sabbherwal,Nithari.shivpalsingh yadav said Nithari is "chhotimoti ghatna",then shivrajsigh chauhan,cm of is on record saying just "dukhad ghatna" on prof.sabbharwal's murder.These politicians are dividing us on different basis-religion,caste,political parties etc.,and we are readily being befooled.
