it is really empharassing to see that fighting between, albeit an Indian. In India itself is like these between states, then what about between our border countries! Indian people still not taking as spotive..
South Vietnam, South Korea, South Afghanistan ... Time for another country [?!] to imerge, i.e, South India. Isn't that why the Southies have always hated and neglected their National Language, Hindi?! Being a North Indian has been tough-luck in the Deccan for ages. Now being a Tamilian in Karnataka is going to be the same. It shows the failure of diagnosing a deep-rooted cultural disease by the age-long symptoms, passive as well as active.

You are giving vent to some past bitterness at this juncture when people are supposed to maintain calm rather than talk rubbish. Though most of Kannadigas speak Hindi, you should keep in mind that most of south indian languages are different from Hindi in every way and it's tough to pick it up. Also the way the south indian hindi is made fun of in every television forum and hindi movies it's better we stop speaking hindi. Anyways English is the laguage of the world and it has not remained foreign language anymore.so it's high time English is made the national language. I wish I could send you few flowers as you are sick.

Your desire to have English as your National Language itself describes my logic for another South Country. You missed the basic point, see?! And remember, the entire IT sector in the south should be grateful to the Tamilians for managing the HR sector.

What kind of logic is that? South Indians(mainly tamilians) hate Hindi for it's foreign content(persian, arabic). Not because Indians from other regions speak it. People will not have a problem if languages like Marathi or Bengali are made national languages. Not Hindi. Take it to Arabia or get back to your roots before you enforce it on rest of India. But it's a fact that south indian people still try speaking Hindi though they are mocked at. It's a cruel joke to India as a whole.

Not sure what you are trying to comment about. Most of the people in Bangalore and Karnataka can speak Hindi thats why North Indians prefer Bangalore over Chennai. Looks like you are confused

South India will never divide from rest of India. Everybody has issues, not just people from South India. Let's focus on NE and Kashmir. Now stop the nonsense about south india dividing from north. It will never happen. Language raise curiousity more than hostility. Religion is a different thing.

Hello Madam....Please do some research as far as the National Language of India is concerned. India does not have a single national language and there are 23 official languages in india. Get your facts right before accusing someone.

And you idiot natural resource can be and must be shared with the needy..In this case all the water will go to the ocean if you donot use it. The question is how much? Since all the natural resource belong to the people of India, it is obvious that other states get a share for their sustainance. If karnataka is having issues it should raise it up and WITHOUT voilence...I am sure the tribunal must have been neutral and the Karnataka CM must have known abt the outcome long ago. it is high time all the natural resources are nationalised and central govt decide the share of each party based on thorough analysis
Just blocking channels itself tamilians in KA gets hurt...Think.....We don't have enough water for our farmers and In Bangalore hardly 50 to 60 % area gets couvery water, that too once or twice in a week. How we should feel.
We would have agreed if we get 350 at least and rest to TN. Now the difference is Huge. And it%u2019s very unfair.
If TN has such a big problem of water, why can't TN construct a DAM in ooty and supply water.

dude, did u read the scientific reasoning behind the division of water. u r talking from an emotional point of view. water was divided by the needs of the regions (not the whole state). Karnataka has other water too. This was a fair scientific decision based on the economy of India.

Scientific decision and this one?? Where are the facts and figures to support this. Just dont keep on saying that Karnataka has other rivers. TN should learn to utilize the excess water instead of letting it to sea and change their cropping pattern. Karnataka just cannot continue to grow bengal gram and let TN grow 3 paddy crops a year.

Bosser, ask the tribunal why they did what they did. Everytime TN bribes them with so much money they always favor TN? Forget about the water issue, dont the kannadigas go on rampage and kill Tamil's living in Bangalore for no fault of theirs?? Is that the way you treat your co-indians. Just based on this i dont think you deserve anything. First humanity and then water problems...Why not both the states advocate science and implement something which will benefit all. Surely there is a way with out voilence...going back i think about the way ladies fight for water in the street tap's..God willing science can open up the door and supply implemented water to all of us. there is so much water there..

Hi all, Why should the innocent people be affected for some political decisions? I am noticing people saying Tamilnadu have done this, Tamilnadu have done that, as if entire Tamilnadu is bad. why are you behaving like anti-national fanatics? you will bring a bad name to Karnataka. Others don't show such sycophancy in such scale. There is nothing to be insecure about if other Indians take something from Karnataka for their needs or live there to work. You demand or go there and take some too. That is how India can be integrated. Not by using regional pride in everything unless you want a separate nationality.
