RE:Biased verdict

IF U WERE UNDER IMPRESSION THAT ALMOST 50% LESS THAN WHAT TN HAVE ALLOCATED., WHAT HAPPEDNED TO THE SITUATION BEFORE THE VERDICT. TN WAS GETTING EVEN 50% LESS THAN WHAT KARNATAKE HAS TO GET. IT IS NOT THE QUESTION OF PERCENTAGE. IT IS THE QUESTION OF FERTILED LANDS IN KARNATAKA AND TN. TN WAS DUE TO GET 205TMC OF WATER EVERY YEAR FROM KARNATAKA. BUT WHAT HAPPENED. EVEN THAT 205 TMC WATER WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN BY KARNATAKA. NOW U R SAYING THAT KARNAKATA SHOULD GET 50% SHARE OF WATER ALLOCATED TO TN. THIS CANNOT BE JUSTIFIED. TO TN.
this is really a bad decision by the Justice & not at all a fair play. Decision given by the court not only creates tension with both the states & also with people of the both states. Sentence could have been given in favour of two states. This is again a beginning of clash, between governments of both the states in terms of court & people...

when SC passed a verdict to allow 205tmc of water to TN every year, karnataka failed to uphold the verdict of SC. Even that quantum was very less than that of now. Had they allowed that much of water the matter would have not gone to this much even. So certainly the verdict is fair. ONE THING TO SAY THAT U ALL WANT TO SHARE EQUALLY IN THE BASIS OF PERCENTAGE BUT CWT HAD GONE THROUGH THE USAGE OF BOTH STATES WATER IN RESPECT OF FERTILIZER, DAY TO DAY USAGE OF BOTH STATES. WHEN COMPARED TO KARNATAKA TN HAS NEARLY DOULBE THE TIMES OF LANDS TO BE CULTIVATED EVERY YEAR. SO QUESTION OF PERCENTAGE DOES NOT ARISE HERE.

u dont have any basic right even to move to sc as ur former CM has not obeyed the verdict passed by supremecourt to allow 205tmc water every year. So it is high time atleast to obey the verdict of CWT judgement.

totally unfair decision.....we are also a growing state and we will need water tooo....y doent the govt understand that.....absolutely proposterous decision.....only god can save the people of karnataka!!!!!
It is surely injsutice to Karnataka. A biased decision fully influenced by political control. I think State Govt. could have played a better role than this to ensure that maximum % remains to karnataka only.

Let there be a 50:50 sharing ie., 344.5 TMcft to each state to avoid confrontation between two major states.( As the origin of cauvery is in Karnataka state, a little contribution to an extent of 74.5 Tm Cft as decided by Authority can be considered by TN (which will be highly appreciated if accepted by the farmers of the KN state)
In my opinion this issue is to solved amoung them selves ie., by the farmers of two states with out involvement of any political parties who other wise will make this issue highly complicate to solve for their political gains . Added to this any decision given by judiciary duly substantiating the sharing formula may also not yield any result in satisfying these states, as issue has grown up and is termed as highly sensitive issue .
Every citizen of KN and TN shall keep in mind that we are all one and will alway one. They also should know that every such incidences shall not be linked in weakening the Unity and Integrity of our United states. Jai Hind
Under no circumstance will the karnataka government allow its farmers to go to dogs by allowing 420 tmcft of precious cauvery to flow to TN.Not after all these years after so much irrigation projects have started in karnataka
