by arnab pal on Feb 05, 2007 03:19 PM  Permalink

Please gather info about what difference it would make to you. All karnatakans would somehow keep gettign water supply ..

and there is no point blaming tamilians in here .. they too would suffer the consequance of it, if any ..

its justa nother political gimmick ... in a foolish peoples' country ... but its still a place for brotherhood ..

Hey Guys. Justice is Justice. The tribunal constitutes of Neutral people who doesn't have any bias. They have scrutinized all the records so long and had given this justice. Just for arguments sake... Why K'natka has to release Water during rainy seasons. If you feel that all the water available is your share, then please do not release a drop to Tamil Nadu even during rainy seasons. And enjoy the floods and damage to yourselves.

Its a natural phenomenon like drinking water after your body consumes howmuch ever it requires it will give out the remaining water like urine the same thing we are doing we will use what ever water we need the remaining we will send out where ever it goes we are least bothered. whoever it may be dont feel bad just think your mom will cook at your home and if she does not feed you fully and if she gives it to others then you will ask your mom or not?

Good example!!!!
pata nahi aise log kaise mail bhejthe hain
There is no need to mention urine. Some of our friends have quoted Cauvery by saying that it is Holy river, mother of karnataka and etc...
Dont make the river ugly by giving example of urine. do u mean that u urine water to tn during rainy seasons
hey man... common
if in that case, the opponent dont hesitate to bend ur ---- so that urine ill pour on you only.
Sorry for not using soft words

More water is required for Karnataka, we use for Agriculture and also for Drinking. People from all over the country are residing here for job and need more water, compared to TN, where water is used only for agriculture. Mettur dam is one of the longest dam to hold 18KM of storage water. Even in March u can more water in dam and is not used properly, most of the water goes to Ocean. Karnataka needs to give water to even for Tamilians & others , so needs more. After Mettur Dam, there is not channel gates to store water and go waste

Let's work together.
by balasubramaniam manohar on Feb 05, 2007 03:17 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Verdict is delivered finally, people may have diff. opinions. But, ultimately we have to sit together try to understand each other's needs & issues. We are living in a federal setup, where state boundaries are jus an administrative domains. Now People are not confined to a state or a region. Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, cochin and many other cites, have people of different language background, who contribute to the growth of those great cities. So let's not spread hatred against other. LONG LIVE INDIA, GOD BLESS ALL INDIANS

Me an optimist and a great fan of the Cauvery Basin and its hard-working people of the great Peninsular Bharat Karnatak, Tamilnadu and Kerala

silently pray and plead that large hearted acceptance of the TribunalVersdict on sharing the blessings od Kaveri's Elixir could go a long way to irrigate crops and slew of development in the south zone of our subcontinent.I wish intelligent brothers of south would set a new paradigm of regional coordination and mutual trust for rest of feuding neighbours in central and northern parts of Bharat.D. Mr. Balakrishna shankaranarayanan

Behave yourself as gentleman. dont create problems between 2 states. If people of TN themselves know that you have abused kannadigas as stupid they will kill you. Try to understand that we are indians.
