THERE HAS TO BE RULE WHERE ANY GOVT SERVANT MUST BE OUT AFTER THREE PUBLIC COMPLAINTS, AFTER ALL THEY ARE PUBLIC SERVANTS AND THEY HAVE RIGHT TO THROW THEM. JOB SECURITY IN INDIAN SYSTEM CREATES BIG HAVOC. LABOUR LAW ARE THE COUNTRY'S WORST ENEMY. SEE OUR NEIGHBOUR INSPITE OF BEING OVER POPOULATED THEY HAVE GROWN SO MUCH, JUST BY FIGHTING HARD CORRUPTION AND CORRUPTED. IN USA NO JOB SECURITY, IN ANY DEVELOPED COUNTRY NO JOB SECURITY. The day, the shocking news came out and the reaction of that rascal Rathore; it was darn clear that he was hands-n-gloves with thebutchers. His cops were taking samples in bare hands defying all norms. He was giving spin 'we'll take actions'. The other guy involved n someway would be that goon Minister Shivlal Yadav - who looks and speaks like a mafia don . They should be fired at a close range with their property confiscated - that's the key; properties should be sold in public auction and be distributed to Nethari hapless parents. BTW who is the idiot Amar Singh (knowing ;he is 'pita saman' to that other idiot Bachhan) talking about police transfer!

if you really want to fight corruption, stop promoting it. These officials are from among ourselves, and our society grooms them corrupt. Do we outcast people who earn money by wrong means such as bribe, illegal business etc. No! , in fact, we embrace the folks only the basis of the fact that they have lot of money. Who cares where is it coming from.
I think society has to be overhauled to have any hope of eradicating corruption from India.
More than 50% of Crimes in India are because of police and corruptioon at every level. I am sure if we do not have this police,probably more than half of crimes will be cleared by itself. Many crimes are grown more due to bribes, favours in 99.99% corrupted police system force in India. Job security makes them more free to carry on any kind of crime. Tell me who is not corrupted in bureacracy. Nothing to talk big about system, even our judiciary is corrupted. There will be enquiries, meetings and this process few people will make more money, enjoy free hotels, travel and other incentives. Public will still continue to suffer due to our bad, corrputed police and Judiciary along with Job security given to 3 % of Population while rest of 97% of population do not even have life security. Our country's resources are geared to take care of 3 %o f people Very shameful. I thought after getting independence India will have new face, but it is going in worst face.
I am unable to understand why CBI is not arresting all cops who are directly or indirectly either responsible or involved in such a heinous crime.
It is our strong apprehension that such cops may twist the case if not arrested immediately even on suspected ground. After all they are well versed with our judicial system.
Capability and integrity of total system is at stake.

How can people involved in this horrendous incident only be shifted to another city?Having taken money from Pandher and having travelled in his vehicle,they have been shielding Pandher.Does it not make them accessory to the killings?And what about the Minister Mr.Shivpal Yadav?Has India has reached the rock bottom in morality.Democracy has failed.It is now a country ruled by the hoodlums,goons,goons in police uniforms and the MNCs.I do not see how the poor and the middle class can survive the onslaught by this syndicate.Who will hear their cries for justice?Nobody.God save our country.
Our democracy is killing us and its killing us mercilessly!! The day this gruesome killing is exposed, ALL political parties got an agenda for upcoming UP elections. A senior minister of UP and brother of UP Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav went to the lowest level of ethics in saying that "It is a routine issue" (Ye sab to hota hi rehta hai). Would he be saying the same if HIS VERY OWN KIDS (God forbade!) butchered is same fashion??
Now see the punishment of those who were hand in gloves with the 2 killers (The policemen), they were merely SUSPENDED or transferred!!! For general public it seems that it is any disciplinary action, but suspension just means an enquiry will go on (And on...and on) and they will be getting a slightly lower salary till suspension(?????).
No one bothered to assign this issue to a Fast Track Court, so that these two "animals" keep living till the case is pending with CBI court, then HIGH Court and finally in the supreme court. Take my words, these two will be alive for next 10-15 years!!!
By the way, do anyone of us and our leaders remember a saying: "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED"????
