The recent fake encoumter has brought J&K police in bad light. The act of one or two has brought whole police department in a dock. Though the incident is condemnable and culprits be punished but we should not demoralize those who are fighting for the nation. Afterall, J&K police is one of the best police force in India. Hope these incidents will not be repeated.
There should be a strict rules and regulationss from the army and police in Kashmir and shoot at sight should not be executed without sufficient evidence and proof..There should be written documentation and the Kashmir Governement should make a entire database of all public and target suspected terrorists with sufficient proof.. The militasnts may be normally in Mountains and come to valleys for doing their execution!! Never attend emergency calls and dont go out in the night !! How do you know.. They would have done by mistake too.. Who knows the reality in Kashmir.. What problems they are going under.. They are not happy from both ends.. Pakistan attacks, terrorist, blasts, militants.. and army every where.. Whereever army rules forget it.. that place is gone.. May Almighty help them..
these typ of incidnts ar happned due to poor govt managment,they shoud be hanged before these criminals.Taskforce are biggest terrost party in kashmir,and our goverment are supporting them.they shoud be dispowerd.

You talk like a true Islamic fundamentalist, why cant you talk about the half a million Hindu who were uproooted & thrown out by the Kashmiri Muslims, not to forget about the rest who were killed. Now that a single guy has been exumed you feel the policing is useless, try removing the force & you will give a free hand to paskistan & the Islamic fundamentalists to do what they wish, probably to anihilate even the poor Buddhists from Ladhak.

Well said Sudhir. There are several such muslim fundamentalists in India and our government suppots such fundamentalists and some Islamic Organisations to gain minority vote bank. Hindu majority is divided by caste based politics and playing secular card game some Hindus get carried away.

This is not the first time such a thing has happened in Kashmir.Such extra judicial killings of muslims have been going on for decades now (60 years!!!)
Four children were gunned down a couple of years ago in a marriage party as they went out to urinate in the night. The Great Jawans of the the Great Indian Army saw them as terrorist!!!However none of them were older than 9-10 years!!!
Then 5 laborourers from a village were gunned down again in a fake encounter and RDX, Magazines and AK-47 placed near the bodies to make sure they looked like real terrorists!!!Coupled to this the DNA analysis report was also botched up by the CCMB Scientists-On the behest of whom-Only god knows: And all this is done ONLY TO GET PROMOTED!!!- "Sau Mein Nabbe Baeimaan Phir Bhi Mera Bharat Mahan"
India's sincerity in solving the Kashmir dispute can be gauged from the fact that it has not implemented the 1972 UN resolution of plebescite in Kashmir!!!
The marauding Hindu Indian Army has been carrying out Rape,Murder and Assasinations of innocent Kashmiris since long.According to the British Mandate all muslim majority states at the time of independence should havegone to Pakistan and at the time of Independence Kashmir was 99% Muslim Majority state.
Most of the bombings are also executed by the Indian Army in civilian areas to defame the resistance movement in Kasmir.The above incident is a sequeal it.
The truth is known to all about the role of India in Kashmir.The only solution lies respecting the UN resolution on Kashmir and let Kashmri's including the Hindus of the valley to decide their fate on their own.
Till then there can be no peace and no normalcy in the Valley and also in India!!!

Imaan u are right.but ur truth does not suit hindus like Sudhir Murdeshwar and he wil call u islamic fundamentalists.but d,t worry keep it up.
It is high time the human rights activists should take a look at what they advocate. They should change their policy of soft corner towards the culprits. What about the people who sufferred at their hands? Why do not they come out and fight for so many people that suffer innocently at the hands of the so called highly placed and so called govt representatives.
"The human rights activists" just are a bunch of people who also have the heart of that of the crime doers and becuase they want to morally support for their own wrongs they try to become the advocates of the sinners.
"The human right activists" also want to get publicity by hanging on in the support of the culprits, becuase media will definitely cover them.
I only pray that these incidents instead of happening to the innocent people should only and only occur to the near and dear of their own, only then will they realize the pain and only then they will feel the same vengeance towards the wrongdoers like we common people do.
I think people should come together and start a movement from Kashmir to Kanyakumari to bring stricter laws and punishments much more harsh in the wake of the changed world and the degree of crimes taking place.
Lastly, the govt should bring in a law stating that a law enforcement officer who supports a wrongdoer or a culprit should be awarded double the punishment of what the culprit gets, apart from confiscating all his property, income source, and job.
Why do not the intelligensia start pondering over this and start a slow movement !!!

Sunil I agree with most the points you have mentioned. But in india, majority community is divided. If any attempt is made by any politcal party then it is branded as a communal party. The Muslim population in India and other parts of the world have different aims than the mainstream indians. The movement ppliticians sense any positive moves from intelligensia they will divide with caste based politics just to suppress such slow movements. Congress has done that the moment india got independence.
