i think the shiv sena is simply going to win because there were so many people upper middle class people who were not on the voter's list....they would definitely make a more educated choice rather than one that divides people on the base of religion.
hinduism talks about rebirth. and i hope and pray that all the shiv sainiks are born in muslim families in their next birth. then they'll understand it's not something you have a control on.

religion is a matter of choice, not of birth. that is the fundamental problem with indians, we follow our traditions blindly. all religions preach tolerance and love, not hate. people seem to have forgotten that.

Dear Gini, Please dont divide Mumbai on Class basis. Do u mean to say that only Upperclass understands what is right? Infact they seem to be most irresponsible people if they have not voted or thier names are missing from voters list.
In Civic polls choice has to be made on developmental issues. BJP Sena when in power transformed Mumbais infrastructure. But Congress in last 7 years did nothing. And u seem to be falling prey to their seudosecular policies and propaganda. Congratulations Mumbaikars!
Thanks god! Shiv Sena BJP likely to win BMC election. Otherwise Congress Finance Minister is ready with new tax policy for Mumbaikar as usual. All Mumbaikar knew that the behaviour of Congress such as new tax policy, gas prices...etc. I request all our Indians to throw out the congress.....
