No he is innocent there is a say that justice should be done in such a way that it appears to every body that justice has been done.Manu Shrama case is highly influnced by media it should be stoped, the Hihg Courts of this country should not oblige Media. Some People of media are also crroupt therefore it should not be presumed that whatever is being shown on media is sacrosent
Along-with Manu Sharma, his parents, teachers, friends and well-wishers should also be punished, since they were responsible for manufacturing a defective piece, who has no right to stay in a civilised society.
Of late Judiciary in India has swung into action. Thanks to "Media" - it was more a "Media Trial". Otherwise, an ordinary citizen of India had started feeling that the rule like that of "Hammurabi" was better, where "Eye for Eye and Tooth for Tooth" was the law. I am sure Supreme Court would endorse the decision of High Court.
The Supreme Court should immidiately reject the manu's appeal. Punishment given to Manu Sharma is already less, he should get punishmet of hang till death.

Let's not be judgemental. We have to trust our judiciary and every human being is entitled for justice. We should respect whatever supreme court decides. We must remember none of us saw the act happening, we are neither witness nor complainant and not even a party to this case. "Justice shall prevail"

Those who terrorise witnesses, destroy proofs & dare the law should get the strictest punishment
