Condolences to the families and loved ones of the pilot lost and get well soon wishes to the pilot injured. I hope this was just a random accident. I support an intensive inquiry into this matter, but not really sure what the courts can do about it. This is a military matter and should be handled accordingly. Also, does anyone know what the training methodology for the pilots is? Do they get ample flying time? And most of all, do they have simulators? I imagine given the tech prowess of India, the DOD could get many a companies/academic institutions in the private sector to build them simulators in order to help train pilots and minimize accidents.
