It is to be noted that America is never a friend of any country, It has always beena selfish nation,India being a developing nation, cannot dance to tunes of Americans, The hype created as Bush signed treaty is vague.IS anyone bothered what our nuclear scientists have to say.... If American poke its nose into our nuclear program, we have to come out of the treaty, our program should not be negotiable to its terms, we have to make them to negotiate to our terms
