Gen Musharraf had a lot to lose if the late Mrs Bhutto had come back into power. The first thing he would have lost is the power - remember power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely. He would have lost the control he had presently over the government - over decision making; All his other losses would stem out of this one loss. He had one agenda for the public and another private agenda which was India bashing. All the infiltration / terrorist activities both in India and Pakistan are in some way connected to him. But there is another saying "One who lives by the sword dies by it". What happens to him at the end of his life will determine what he has done during his lifetime. The entire episode would have definitely been filmed, at least for the PPP as it was their rally and it would have been part of their publicity. It would have also been filmed by media. Why hasn't the gunner been clearly identified till date?!!! This definitly speaks of some nefarious activity being cooked up.

you dont have to hate pak to have an identity for yourself.. i think paks and us indians are more together than any other nation in the world...but some dont want to accept facts ...would want to pull others down rather than pull themselves up
As a person who has gone away can't come back to defend himself so it seems to be unsuitable to criticize him/her after his/her death. But still truth is the truth. i still remember one interview which I have seen. SEE THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS INDIA. I HAD SEENS THAT INTERVIEW JUST A FEW MONTH AGO. DURING THE INTERVIEW SEE TEELS THE INTERVIEWER THAT IS THE EDITOR prabhu chawala(iNTERVIEWER)that "Aap logon ke yahan to ek nuclear scientist to president bana dete hai."(She should had taken Kalam's beautiful,impeccable and supereb personality into consideration).The the editor replied"Because our nuke scientist doesn't seel the nuke weapons to the other country." a perfect and highly desirable reply that was,indeed. But still, the manner in which she absorbed this highly sharp and cutting remark, with a great smile on her face, speaks about her mental stamina and the trait of a true leader. Still, It isn't that during her whole life she hadn't committed any mistake intentionally.She wasn't GOD , that's it.

Dont know whether she had done something good for Pakistan(even god cant do any good there).. but defnitely she whud have done more damage to India.. dont forget her life and politics was always based on anti India..
Lets get this straight tat no Pak leader can win an elction with being seen as a friend of India. With the two wars one costing them Bangladesh they will never forget humiliation. And the politicians along with the military will keep the fire burning as they can then divert the basic issues and problems to us. And claim all their problems are due to India. It still costs them a sizeable amount even in proxy war both man power and money. With having created a monster they cant control now, every politian call only redicule them at their own peril, and Benezir seems to have crossed the line on this. Openly once supporting the terrorist to wage a war agaisnt India and Afgans now labeling them as terrorist cost her her life. All politicians both in India and Pak have a lesson to be learnt dont feed the monster the cookie he going to then ask for a glass of milk.
