BJP is already a Baniya OBC party and with Modi getting more importance, BJP will totally become OBC party. UPA is also a mostly OBC party, so OBCs are ruling India, just as they ruled for 1000s of years (before muslim and british rule). (Most of India's pre muslim era was having buddhist and jain rulers who were OBCs)
