if the funds used for returning back to USA and its allies in the name of Arms purchase it is indeed a AIDS.
What people of pakistan must be worried is none of the above. It is how much percentage will really used (max 10 or 20%) and how much to the leaders personal accounts? (min. 90 or 80%)
hoepfully, pakistan will use this budget to train more terrorists against the US - earlier they were using it all against India - only that way, will the idiot Uncle Sam will realize his folly - another 9/11 like incident will put the issue to rest
