It can be done but the secular goverment at centre will chargesheet him for fake encounter.As it is done in case of soharabuddin.All human rights activist are shouting like anything.i don,t understand humanright commission is only for minorities.

I was wondering where were those anti-hindu personalities who came out to prove muslim innocence. Here is one.
The name of dawood is used to carry out the operations. Its a tactic used by everyone. When Dawood was in India. Politicians used his name and earned money. Dawood received the money by providing his face for the crime. Same thing was done to Veerappan. Politicians did unlawful activities and earned money under his name , and Veerappan got his share.. Now may be someone in Pakistan is doing the same trick and showing Dawood as the culprit. You never get to know the internals of such activities.
