The Congress may take stock of the Gujarat defeat, but will they change their attitude towards the winners and the electorate? One thing is very clear from the Gujarat defeat of Congress. None of the pseudo-secular parties of this country, the pseudo-secular media and the pseudo-secular activists of this country are able to accept defeat gracefully. In spite of Modi winning fair and square, they are not only insulting Modi and BJP, but also the electorate by repeatedly emphasising that it is victory for fascism, victory for communal forces and so on and so forth. Is it not an insult to the electorate who have voted for Modi and the BJP? Congress should remember that they are presently ruling this country with just 140 odd Congress MPs out of 542 seats in the Lok Sabha. They say it was a vote against BJP in the last General Elections. If so, it was also not a vote for the Congress. Congress should shed its arrogance and accept defeat gracefully, without insulting the voters of the country. The lessons from Gujarat are: make your secularism inclusive, i.e. include the majority community also in your secular agenda. When Karunanidhi abuses Lord Rama, condemn him just as you do to Modi when he utters a communal statement. Condemn CPI(M) and Nandigram, as it is not a misunderstanding but a downright massacre. Probably Congressmen should also cut the umblical cord connecting them to the dynasty and become a real democratic and a true secular party. Shed the arrogance.

vasudevan ji, your well meant post would make sense if congress and the media really want to change. you might as well try converting pope to hinduism. they are there for one and only purpose: to mould the people to their way of life, ie one the 3m life, ie marxism, mullaism and missionarism, all duly financed by their foreign masters. the hindus must internalize that they must not waste thier time hoping for media reform. no sir, that's not the way. the idea is to defeat them and dealing a knock out punch, thrown by the wayside. there is no other way forward. think about it. if it did not happen in last 60 years, it is not going to happen now.

Quite right. But, in this country anything that happens happens a bit slowly. After all, it took almost 50 years for people to see through the Congress and its indifference and inefficiency. The same thing is bound to happen to the media as well.
Inspite of all the games they played, Modi won and won historically. He has actually emerged stronger. Thanks to the media creating a demon of him. This is the clearest indication of the level of awareness in the people of Gujarat.Such awareness is also there in many other states and will quickly spread all over India.
Their campaign was so shrill and bloated that it has been seen and observed all over India. The coverage of Gujarat Election was almost as if the General Elections were held.Now with Modi's victory, in a way, the media has actually shot itself in the foot. Their credibility is very low.

Congress has no courrage to accept its defeat in Gujarat. This is precisely because they are ruling, not because they have a great mandata of the people of this country, but only because of the most opportunistic alliance with leftists (favourable to China) and thus are falling back for help on BJP for approval of the ilfated nuclear deal with the US. Thus they are advised to negotiate the Hide agreement properly, before attempting to implement the deal. Let them also be prepared for their dooms day (in the next general elections) if they want to go ahead rudely with the nuclear deal.
WHAT IS THERE TO TAKE STOCK OFF? THE DAY THAT GREAT FOREIGN LADY MADE THE STATEMENT (MAUT KA SAUDAGAR) THE FATE OF CONGRESS PARTY WAS SEALED. KNOWING THE WAY THINGS ARE IN CONGRESS PARTY, CAN ANY ONE BUT ONE FROM 10,JANPATH, NEW DELHI COULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS SPEACH, WHICH WAS REPEATED BY THIS MORONIC LADY. MY GUT FEELING IS THAT THIS SPEECH WAS WRITTEN BY THE TEAM OF RAHUL, SACHIN PILOT,JYOTHIRADITYA SINDHYA AND OTHER MISUGUIDED YOUTH OF CONGRESS.

And the congressmen say that if Sonia had not made that statement, Modi would have used some other excuse. Purely hypothetical. Ofcourse, Mr. Arnab Goswami of Times Now will nod his head in total agreement of the Congressmen's statement. He may even say "I totally agree".
Its time to kick out the kangressi folks out of the deccan. Gujarat has shown the lead, now its time for Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra to follow..

Congressies are always hypocrites and coward. They are not human enough to accept the truth.
Sonia can never take either responsibility nor blame for anything. She doesn't have the guts to accept the defeat. All she wants is power and money without any commitment or responsibility.
We need people like Modi, who are Firm, Decisive, Visionary, Incorruptible, Compassionate and Secular (no appeasement, justice to all)

You are right it is Congress who is anti-secular.
Congress has ruled center for around 40 years what did they achieve?
Corruption, Uneducation, Unemployment, Poverty and tons of money for themselves.
Modi is useless to them because Modi has :-
Won best cheif minister's award. (By Times Of India) Best administered state's award. (Twice by Rajiv Gandhi Foundation) Reduced Unemployment by 15% (Official figure. But this should be higer as before him there was yearly increase in unemployment by 3% he not only stopped it but reduced it by 15%) Increased Production of farmares by 4 Times (Official figure from Food Corporation of India) There are 15000 Check Dams constructed in last 6 Years. Narmada Saravor Project Completed (Before modi 10,000 Crore Rs were spent on it in 25 years. Modi spent 13,000 Crore Rs to complete it in 3 years.) Foregin Investment of $69 Billion USD in last 3 years (More than 25% of total foregin Investment in INDIA) Drinking Water, Roads, Electiricity are not taken as an achievement by Modi he counts them to be basic necessity.
Are above achievement limited to "Hindus" no but congress has achieved only Hindu Muslim Tension so they can only show it.
Sonia and rahul would be picked on heads by dancing congressi slaves by chance congress would win in Gujrat. Now will they dare to ask resignation of their new mother and cousin??
