as Modi himself said that the israel's national book says that Jews have beeen prosecuted not only by hitler but everywhere in the world.........except for one country - India......
Hindus r secular.......and should not be taken for granted........
I wonder where these articles were before the Gujarate mandate. Whenever you get a positive result develop your argument to support it, had the results were anti bjp the same author would have analyzed it saying hindu voted him out due to Godhra and hindus are liberal and secular they want minorities to flourish blah blah. These articles are no value add and though they may support what people already know, they hardly add any value.

These articles were confined only to blogs as rediff did not had the guts to publish this. Now that they understood the trend they are changing tracks.
And coming to the bias of Electornic Media and especially NDTV, it never showed Mode Leading or Modi Won. It only showed Dhinsa Trailing or Dhinsa lost until late evening when results started to get clear.
Also they were only pondering on the 12 lost seats by BJP and there heavy loss in Central Gujarat. They never highlighted the sweep in North Gujarat and Saurashtra. And not to forgot the Anti incumbency factor.
Unlike WestBengal which was won by Bogus voting and with support of illegal immigrant voters, this is won fair and square.
My Hearty Congratulations to Narendra Modiji. Mr. Raman, I appreciate your words.
Gujarat became a rolemodel state in terms of administration & development under Modi's rule. Now it's for BJP to capitalize and move forward to make their presence down south and rest of India.
look at the congress leaders in maharashtra , when they came in poltics they and thier family could not afford 2 square meals a day. no ecah one of them is worth 10000 crores .
Modis election shows that people will take thier time out to come and vote for non corrupt leaders. unfortunately in maharashtra both the ruling and opposition is corrupt and no non corrupt leader is in sight.

Modi has won because he talked only of development and kept RSS and VHP out of the whole election campaign.

I think Mr. Mehta has hit the nail on the head. I am living in Gujarat now but have lived in many other parts of India also. The entire issue of communalism entered this election after Sonia made her infamous " merchants of death" comment. Till then Modi talked only about development. The media dislikes Modi because he refuses to extend undue favours to them and treats them as common man. The electronic media referred to by Mr. Raman have probably not visited Gujarat in the last few years. The fact remains that Modi has brought development and his regime is clearly the least corrupt of all states in India. If the commeon man prefers him to corrupt alternatives, why does the media find fault with it? Do not forget that Rajiv Gandhi won a landslide in 1984 ( due to his clean image) but lost in 1989 due to corruption related matters. In most places, the choice is between corruption and development. Modi has proved otherwise and has won mainly because of this. The other part of the issue is the question of communalism. Do not forget that Sonia's comment was trigerred by newspaper reports that the Dawoodi Bohras ( a muslim community) was planing to vote for Modi. Several muslims that I know felt that Modi was better than others because he favoured development and ensured peace in the state.

I am 100 % agree on this. Most of the media is hijacked by the pseudosecular UPA government. Now Gujarat people mandate in favour of Modi, has shown who is actual secular...Sonia or Modi. Vande Matram
