Why is Raman alone in Rediff?
by P Zipk on Dec 24, 2007 07:09 PM  Permalink

Except Mr.Raman, all other columnists in Rediff anti-majority (and thus anti-democratic) and rabit leftists. Rediff must hire more columnists and journalists who represent the majority of people.

Why Modi appeals to B Raman
by off side on Dec 24, 2007 07:08 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Just because B Raman was an intelli guy, it does not mean that he has sensible intelligence. For this rockers intelligence simply means information and analysis.

From his earlier writings it was quite evident that he was not exactly secular and long exposure to Islamic terror threat and weakened his secular credentials. Now he is going a step further by endorsing communal hate.

Wish he would The Rock instead of rocking for politicians and reflect on T S Eliot's poser.

Where is the Life we have lost in living?
Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge? Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?

Ok, assuming he lacks sensible intelligence, can you provide a point-by-point rebuttal to whatever Mr. Raman has mentioned in this article instead of asking questions again. This is the classic case of trying to shout down the guy who spoke the truth, when it hurts.

Ideally the CONgress minus the Maino parivar and ther fellow cultists should join hands to keep out the utterly corrupt state parties and fountainhead of corruption : parties like DMK, Samajwadi, BSP, RJD and so we exile the Chinese spies (Commie thugs). For a start Maino's parivar should be sent back with what they came with (100 liras in her handbag).

Hold your head high

Well said Mr Raman, We hope and wish that more Modi' are around in more states and BJP can transform the country. A truly secular one with uniform civil code... Mr Modi' strength rightly pinted out is unimpeachable personal integrity, focus and determined mind which is brought about only by discipline. RSS is the only organisation which can bring in that. Political organisations which grow on commercial strengths may find hard to produce such a leader. BJP' biggest gift and strength is leaders from RSS background. This alone can help us. I wish more success for Modis and more Modis in India.

TV anchors

Well said!
One TV channel put the tally as congress on top, BJP just below and others at the bottom. This guy was found very happy saying that "satta market" down rated BJP. May by that could be the reason for his imbalanced elation. It is a pity that no journalist worth his salt is there in India. Mr Vinod Mehta lost his cool during a debate post election results. His is a fox with masquraded with goat skin. When people elect a government, these senseless creatures should have the curtsey to accept the victory. Because that is democracy.

I don't understand why all Hindu tycoons are doing with their money. How they take anti-Hindu venom from prideless bufoons on TV. Moreover, it makes tremendous business sense to own TV media.

TV is most powerful media. It's time to a couple of them which reflects sense of pride of united, strong Hinduism.

Only Modi can settle Kashmir issue.
by saturn on Dec 24, 2007 07:00 PM  Permalink

Only Modi can 'settle' the so called 'Kashmir issue'. Only Modi can give the Kashmiri pundits their properties back and re-settle them.

Modi for PM.

Dear Raman,
I'm very very happy to see your geniune article. Finally there is someone who can speak the truth.

May be you want to come up with second article explainning how Nationalist Muslims can contribute towards India success.

Note when it comes to India, one has to ask one-self, what have you contributed towards India's future and not what India has done for you.

Congress is the most communal party
by Radha Ranjan Madhav on Dec 24, 2007 06:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

In almost 60 years of rule, Congress has reinforced a sense of guilt in the minds of all Hindus. For all parties (except probably BJP and related ones) secular has always meant - anti Hindu and anti Raam.

I know that Narendra Modi has done a heinous crime by allowing the mob to kill some innocent Muslims, even then I would vote for strong leaders like Narendra Modi who are not hypocrites.

However, the culprits of the 2002 riots (on both sides - Hindu and Muslims) must be brought to book.

Radha,
You have to look at the macro picture. In country like India (w/1 Billion population), statistically speaking, 2002 riots are considered abberation. Gujarat law and order is much better then some of the western countries.

Also who says that Modi killed anybody. It's just the media that hold it's own court and declared Modi as culprit.

Yep, if an isolated 'Rodney King' incident could wreck havoc in Los Angeles causing several deaths and property damage to the tune of several millions, it is an aberration. But if an isolated train incident caused similar fury in a BJP-run state, then it becomes cause enough for not even issuing visa to the CM of a state. And as a true hindu (and supposed to be feeble), i am offended that you have the temerity to raise the queries, Mahendra - hehe, good job keep it up:)

Time may come when Mr.Modi himself would reject the visa of those who rejected his visa.

Congress has no face. What about the killing of 4000 innocent sikhs in 1984? Congress is still protecting their involved leaders!

I never said that Congress is a very good party. In fact the 1984 anti-Sikh riots were even worse.
