Weeks before it is to begin, the ambitious US $750 million five-year plan for Pakistan's tribal areas is imperiled by unresolved questions about whether the money could fall into the wrong hands in the restive region.
Americans did know that any money given to the Pakis would be used against India. The same happened with the earthquake aid. Many countries including the Americans refused to give cash aid and unaccounted aid to the pakis. If the US wanted it, they could have given the terrorism money with a differently stuctured fashion with built-in accountability. The US deliberately gave cash- a total of $12B in the past five years, knowing fully well that the pakis would use that money to buy f-16s, swedish and Italian radars and other anti-India weapons. The Americans are now using the media to feign innocence on the matter of pakis using the aid to arm against Inida.

Exactly! Do anybody think that US is innocent ignoramus in the way their money is being used by Pakstan. In fact, the US and UK alone are responsible for the Pakistan's military capabilities. They fund it in the name of aid. UK is now suffering from Jihadis from among its own Pakistani immigrants, whom they recruited generously once to make Pakistan stronger. The US will also get the taste of its own medicine from Pakistan very soon.
Is this a news ? On the contrary is this not the US who has been funding Pak almost since its birth to contain India, once it came to conclusion that Indian democracy can not be made a puppet serving its interests in Asia ? And therefore only it kept its eyes closed on the way Pak is utilising the US aid. It is sufficient for US that its global interests are served, let the world go to hell !
Pakistan and India have been diverting their scant resources in fighting each other for the past 60 years, instead of developing their countries and improving the lot of their people.That is no news.
To say that Pakistan is spending money intended for fighting terrorosm for confronting India is a total rubbish.This is just to keep Pakistan on the defensive. If that is so,then how is Pakistan paying for maintaining 90,000 of its troops on the Pakistan -Afghan border; for the acts of terror committed against Pakistan Government,its officials,police,army and civilians ;for the support and maintenance of millions of refugees displaced from Afghanistan,all due to US war in Afghanistan ?
What US is paying for the expense involved for Pakistan keeping its troops on the border is just a fraction of what is costing US to maintain the same number of troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
US is spending $ 14 billion a week in Iraq and Afghanistan. What US has paid Pakistan in 7 years is 5 billion.
Pakistan should ask for more money for refugee problem and compensation for losses due to acts of terrorism.
Pakistan did accept all the refugees which were allowed to travel to Pakistan in 1947.Most of them who were totally defenseless,hungry, poor,walking on foot;on backs of donkeys,overloaded trucks and trains were brutally massacred by the brave Indians.
Nobody asked Hindus,Sikhs to leave Pakistanin 1947.Those who stayed in Pakistan are just as valued citizens like the rest of them.
Then India created Kashmir problem,agreed to plebiscite and reneged,massacred another 80.000 innocent Kashmiris in fake police -military encounters,kidnappings,extra judicial killings no diferent than killing about 100,000 Sikh youngsters during days of Khalystan movement and organized discrimination of Sikhs ever since; posting 500,000 military troopers in Kashmir to suppress the political voice and conscious of the Kashmiris.
USA can attack sovereign countries like Iraq and Afghanistan,kill one million Muslims since 1990 and it is not terrorism.
The only means Muslims have to fight back the war thrust upon them is through suicide bombings.When Muslims fight back with the only means they have,they are labelled as terrorists.
If self defense or defense of your country is terrorism,then so be it.

Where are nationalists in Pakistan ? The ruling elite is a clusture of rogues to loot the public property and silence the common masses through mullahs and threaten to throw them before terrorists, if they start liking democracy !
Hey guys i am telling it is a desparate ploy of western countries to exploit asian countries in their own wested interest, instead of fighting we should understand this and develop our countries strong and ecnomically challenging. US and its allies know that this is the best way to curb growth in Asia so that we are always underdeveloped and poor, so lets bury our problems and feeling of hatred and start a new begning from here on....it needs understading and a deep thought please think on this and i hope sooner rather than later we will come to realize this fact....i see a great future ahead if we indians, pakistanis and chinese can be united and move ahead unitedly.....

Pakis will never feel ashamed. They would only worry that the money may stop coming or come in lesser quantities. Only those who have a conscience would be capable of feeling shame. Pakis have no conscience, so they are spared the trouble of feeling any shame for anything.
