i read today's THE HINDU newspaper.....in its editorial it said congress and other secular parties should not be overawed by the modi's victory and said it is only limited to gujarat and it will not be applicable to rest of the country.....before the elections THE HINDU newspaper even likened sonia gandhi as sachin tendulkar and narendra modi as shoaib akhthar.....the commentary was like modi bowls first ball a bouncer , sonia ducks....second ball of modi with furious speed and sonia sends away the ball past the ropes.....the editorial even criticised EC for unjustly sending showcause to sonia on her "merchants of death" remark.....instead THE HINDU newspaper editorial urges congress and other secular to be not afraid to speking their mind against hindutva of modi and BJP....in every cartoon since 2002 riots THE HINDU picturised modi as an demon, hindu terrorist and atal, advani as masks....now who are wearing those masks?...and this newspaper name is THE HINDU ideally it should speak for hindu society but it speaks for muslims, christians and keeps on attacking hindutva and its culture....

This is because Hindu's editor is closely related to Karunanidhi's family and thats the reason they do like this.
Next time, when DMK has allies with BJP, the same editorial will project Sonia as Demon.
Its all very common for media to go along with ruling party for Money. Tejpal of Tehelka failed miserably doing a sting operation. He would have got crores of rupees.
Now with newsprint & other expenses going up, these media people do need to rely on ruling party for monetory purpose.

What atleast I feel is the way Sonia Gandhi stooped so low with comments like "Merchants of Death" etc required to be condemned by average Indians.. Smt.Sonia is not a hard core politician, she inherited the Congress Presidentship as a legacy left by her late husband Sri.Rajiv Gandhiji.
But for her, the Congress would be in tatters. Though I do not belong to any political party, considering the present situation Smt.Sonia is doing a commendable job.
Sri.Narendra Modi is a champion of champions. In Gujarat, or for that matter in the entire country, there is no other politician who can match his stature.
Let her get experience in taking stock of such situations. Earlier this year we had UP, Uttarakhand. She has lost Gujarat now is on the way to losing Himachal Pradesh. The logic of sycopants like Digvijay Singh is really admirable and appreciable. Wow, how great he is.. if the party loses, blame the local leadership and if succeeds the credit goes to mother and son.

In Punjab, it is a cycle...once Akalis win then Corrupt Congress comes back We are fed with both Akalis and Congress...BJP is playing second fiddle to Akalis which is a sad thing for all Punjabis (both Hindus and Sikhs[Jats and others]) Akalis are giving in to Sikh Fundamentalists (Bhindrawale Supporter put his photo in Museum). BJP should have stopped it by warning Akalis of pulling support from Govt. But BJP chose to ignore Hindu sentiments and lost our faith also. For Punjabis, Wait for a New Like Leader will go on and On and ON...we have Badal Father/Son duo who are much like Sonia/Rahul duo...both are liars and corrupt and manipulative... Sukhbir badal heads many non-political organizations which are actually Goonda organizations...Congress is no different...Punjabi voters are suffering and Punjab is at the bottom of its prosperity cycle...
