The problem is in that, buddy... you can't be a leader for long only because of your 'gandhi' title - you've got to have some leadership qualities (which, unlike Madam Sonia, Modi has aplenty). Those sweet days of 'vangsha-parampara' of kingdom is gone, ma'am... wake up, and go back to Italy.
I have high regards to you as your family has done good to this nation. You should step down from politics and do social service for which masses will respect you. Madam you did a wrong thing by entering politics and Rahulji too did the same. Congress is party full of politics jinka ek taang jamin for aur doosra kabra mein. And their brain is not working upto the expectations. Either your leave politics aur throw the old politicians out. Else future of congress is in soup ask your conscience.
But above all this where is SONIA - who was just defeated in the biggest possible manner. Why is she not giving any statement at all ? Where is here itsy bitsy Son who is being projected as a future PM. Looks like everyone in her party is introspecting except her and her Son. WHAT A PARTY ???

Again this shows that congress is confused. If it is state level contest then why sonia and rahul take so many rally in gujrat. THERE WAS NO LOCAL LEADERSHIP FROM CONGRESS. Congress strategy is of 1947 style, that is which candidate belongs to what caste and number of people of that caste etc.,
This will not work now...Hindus have moved on..ofcource there is still that element, where people vote on caste but thier streanth is less.
So congress change ur strategy, promise to the people that u will build road like GQ which Vajpayee built, promise them education, health power etc., u will also win and people also will in the process instead of sticking to crooked strategy of caste calculation..
Congress in Gujrat in Shambels Whom to blame. Following steps are needed immidaitedly 1.Retire all the old people like Arjun Singh.Moily.Vohra. Bring in young Blood like sachin0,Jayotirao, 2. Have faith on your cadre rather than depending on BJP dissidence. Who knows they are actually working for BJP secrately 3. Have second thought on Reservation policy.Attitute towards minorities etc.
