Out of the total population of 1.028 billion in India as at the 2001 Census, the Hindus were 827 million in number and constituted 80.5% of the population of the country. The Muslim population stood at 138 million comprising 13.4% of the population. Now, tell me who should get majority to rule his own country? The benefits of development in the nation is for all to enjoy. No one stops Muslims, or for that matter any other religious followers, from using any common facility in India. In a day-to-day life I have never come across ill feeling between Hindus and Muslims. We mingle freely either at cinema theatres or shopping malls. Only the politicians always tell us that danger is looming large. Can Muslim brothers tell me ratio of Muslim MPs in Congress? At least 30 per cent of Congress MPs should have been Muslims. But the truth otherwise.
Modis victory was assured just like Bush bczo both played the fear factor to their advantage. Bush won the election saying he will save Americans from terrorists and the citizens voted him not knowing that he was the biggest terrorist in the world. Modi also did the same by exaggerating the terror threat and by creating a false image of the Muslims that all are terrorists. The Americans are regretting their choice and the same will happen to gujjus as time goes by so don%u2019t count ur chickens .

No doubt Gujarat has always been a strong support base for the BJP and is often described as a testing ground for its Hindu nationalist agenda, and it worked out this time. But it wont last long because it constructed on false promises. So bjp's downfall is so near just wait n watch..

My dear Indian- we are a democracy all the same. the voters decided to get in BJP & Modi.So majority normally wins everywhere in the world. You do not get a Muslim as PM of UK. Come to think of it, i doubt if a catholic has or can be the British premier.I really do not know , so let my remark stand scrutiny. Muslims are deprived? minorities are deprived? I cannot see an evidence in mumbai at least.A lot of rich muslims live in mumbai and exploit their own like nobody else! Whether hindus or muslims or christians or dalits, all poor folks live in the same dirt and squalor!Shame on us for many negatives of our nation. Not just minorities. By the way you have no idea what a true democracy is, as from your comments it is obvious you have never been out of india ever!Modi is not an indicator of vibrancy of our nation. What basic rights have been deprived for over 60 years? Congress has been in power for the longest period one can talk of.
If your statement is really true, why have Muslims been supporting Congress or communists? If you think these parties do not care for Muslims, Congress had facilitated the partition of the country on basis of religion and yet called this side as secular republic. Those who do not think their aspirations can be met here, can always go to the other side.
I guess you are waiting for Sonia to give a subsidized ticket to you.
Had any one think about the relationship between civilization and conversion? Had any one noticed that so many ethnic art forms have wiped out through this process?
Take a look at the present state at North-East. Conversion has been in its full swing at there for past several decades with the help of foreign funding. What is the situation at there now? Almost 90% of the population has been either by seeing monetary benefit or forcefully converted to Christianity (Christianity or %u2018Churchianity%u2019 ?). The result is that utter chaos rules that area now. Tribal lost all there performing arts and culture. They had a good tradition, they respected family values, they had their own way of living and they were very well adapted to live in rural and forest areas. Now they totally lost their root.
Will it happen to all over India, if we do not resist conversion?
So we must take into consideration this scenario with Modi%u2019s victory. As some media say it is true that Modi stands for Hindutua. But that Hindutua is not merely based on religion, it is based on the culture and civilization of India. If those who love and wish to protect Indian culture and civilization or in another terms who does not want to see Indian civilization in text books only as we see other civilizations like mayans, Egypt etc will certainly cheer Modi on his victory over pseudo secularists. Ismail, It is sad to see that happening!! But did you observe reaction of Media and pseduo secularists after and before the election..and election result? 99% of them abusing Hindutta, Gujaratis, Modis. One of the media person from popular news channel also reported "Gujaratis do not join Indian aramy, but during kargil war donation from Gujarat was maximum"...Did not Gujaratis feel alienated by that comment???
