It is a victory of Develpoment
by mahesh c on Dec 23, 2007 04:56 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Congrats modi and congrats Gujarat,

Bu giving full poer to modi Gujaratis has done a wonder full job . They have really encouraged development.Modi had never weared any mask like other politician. Always stand by what he believed. It shows how he acts and how straight forword he is. Many politicians will always wear the mask of protecting muslims, SC's ST's etc but will never do. Some of the politicians like DeveGowdawill tell all these things but always interested in building their family by surrendring the well wishes of many intelligent people. Every poilitician should learn that the age of pretnding is over. Every citizen of India came to know who is better. I congragulate gujarathis for thie right decison and apprciate the intellignece of people .Congrts gujarat.

Media was taught a lesson
by hiral joshi on Dec 23, 2007 04:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Media should learn that how Gujarat is different. Media should learn what is called a smart voter. Baseless media only rely on fake exit polls or fabricated bookie reports. Our media is mentally and morally corrupt, which can not objectively report any event without bias.

Re:Fantastic ability
by John Bosco on Dec 23, 2007 04:47 PM  Permalink

The fantastic ability of Modi to consolidate the Hindu vote breaking up caste formations is remarkable. In other States BJP does not have someone with Modi's track record and ability. So it will be tough to consolidate the Hindu vote in other States, unless some emotive issue surfaces. So it is not as if the BJP can be thrilled by this win.It is more like one match in the series one by the brilliance of one man Modi.

Modi can deliver
by abboral boral on Dec 23, 2007 04:41 PM  Permalink

Well done Modi .He has suceeded to weed out nasty caste, patel based politics which were dominant last 60 years .This nasty politics last 60 years could not do any major achievement for Gujrat in ierms of Industry, water, investment except developing themselfs only .Modi has given now a lesson for gujrat politics ,a new dimention for entire India which will be the key factor for further development in India .Now there is no place for any dynastic leader like Sonia ,Rahul. There is no place for appesment politics to minority done by any party.Ther will be no place for any rebel in any party for narrow partisan politics .I thing Modi will be the begining of all end of terorism, babugiri, dadagiri, bhaigiri, riot, corrupton in Indian politics.Let us hope for the best for Narendra Modi .We need more such honest CM (common man)in Indian politics .At present situation all leaders should work for the people ,state,India other wise all will be wiped out very soon .Take the case of Laluji .He was miserbly failure in Bihar as CM as he did not do anything for the people last 15 years of his rule but now see him as a sucessfull railway minister ever we have in India because he is doing only development for railways only .All the paties should take note of Modi and Lalu henceforth

Modi's win
by A Singh on Dec 23, 2007 04:37 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Congratulations to Modi and his supporters on this fantastic victory, but it seems they are being overexcited, and have started shooting ahead of the target.
Modi is an exceptional leader, who has the guts to take them all alone by himself, but there is no other leader in BJP (or any other party) with this capability. As a political party, BJP remains confused. It is yet to decide whether or not it is a Hindu party. Its leaders have been trying to prove themselves more secular than Sitaram Yetchury, to improve their personal images, and this has been antagonising the rank and file of BJP supporters. Nobody has the guts to stop an interview with a high profile interviewer like Karan Thapar.
Therefore if the BJP are thinking that this victory in Gujarat is going to begin a victory run for the party that will see them through the LS polls of 2009, or even the Karnataka assembly polls, it is living; as always in a fool's paradise.
I repeat that this victory, is a one off. It is a victory of Narendra Modi and Narendra Modi alone.
BJP, as a political party, has been long DEAD.

TIMES OF INDIA and Satta Bazaar
by Vladimir Stalin on Dec 23, 2007 04:31 PM  Permalink

The Times of India in its yesterday's edition (22 Dec 2007) claimed that the Satta Bazaar is live with the news that Modi would loose and that Congress would form the next government and all tha crap. The anti-hindu secularists of the Christian Bennett Coleman Company owned Times of India tried one last attempt to somehow neutralise popular verdict in Gujarat. But its trecherous plot failed miserably. Thanks Jesus.

SONIA ASUSUAL HIDING FROM MEDIA
by Krish Koundy on Dec 23, 2007 04:29 PM  Permalink

Congress reaction lines are always ready
IF CONGRESS FARES WELL ITS SONIA VICTORY, IF CONGRESS FARES BADLY THEN IT THE LOCAL CONGRESS LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE!
Congress unleashed brazen Sonia in to Gujarat polls. After her miserable failure, Sibals & Singhvis are now in Save Sonia mission. They will now say that Sonia is national leader and a state election results are not testimony to her popularity. It is like saying you made me bite the dust, but Im. still the winner! It is sure that Gujarat Elections have reduced Sonia to be a losing regional satrap and Narendra Modi to be a triumphant national leader, who will be out future prime minister.
