I always accept George Fernandes opinion, "CHINA IS THE ENENY NO 1". I believe that we must realize that there are no permanent enemies or friends in international relations. China has changed like all other countries and so there is nothing wrong in taking a moderate stand vis-a-vis relations with China. If you say that China is the biggest threat to India, then they cannot have a better chance of rounding up the Indian military force when the military drill is going on in their own land.
