He would not go to Australia... After all Auzzies are more sophisticated in tracking down terrorists than Indians... In fact Haneef would not go out of India for his life time now unless it is a travel to Saudi and related Islamic countries... He would not even go to Pakistan as US can always nab him even there in case they are having Haneef in their radar for wanteds... He is now safe only in India...

His is only a case of "not proven"... US or any European country would not take "not proven" for "not guilty" when it comes to terrorism... A terror suspect is a terrorist as for as these countries are concerned...

Hello, Dont ever think that Congress alone had vote bank in mind, the Government in Karnataka where BJP and JDS were partners offered him all the facilities including a gevt job. when it comes to vote bank all political parties including Modi are the same. Modi would not have done anything if Haneef was a Gujrathi. He would have praised him like how his partymen honoured him in Bangaluru when he arrived from Australia!
As a fellow Indian I would advice Haneef to stay off Australia which tortured him; there are opportunities in INdia and he can grow here and also don't put your family in distress; money is not everything in life.

do you want us to promote his terrorist activities in India. Remember it was Australian Court which released him. You have to believe the Aussie or not. Either way is not good for India for the cause of Haneef...
Don't be very happy.Your in law haneef may spell Talaq and marry again.Then not only double id he will have double Father in law if needed triple and quadaple also.What a nasty way of treating ladies animal living.
