Even if he goes he can not lead a normal life there! how are they going to componsate the guilt and shame caused to an Indian? Well, let them find their own doctors to work for them. Those people who don't apply their brain would consider all Indian doctors like that! Indian doctors are known for their hard work and effectivenss in the west. They are the loosers now. Just because of one or few sick people they must not treat everyone the same. This is racism

I understand you Devdass, but those guys are ignorant. Dr.Haneef was proved innocent by them only. I met the same day one western guy, he was talking as if all Indian doctors are against them. They must pay compensation to Dr Haneef and the Austrain govt must write written appology to Dr Haneef through Indian govt.

Perhaps his legal-beagles promised him a financial settlement in his "loss-of-earnings" suit against the Aussie Govt. on a no-win-no-fee basis.
Now that such a suit is untenable, is there any point in returning to Oz, especially as he is now known to be a terrorist associate and can no longer operate as a sleeper agent?

Now hear ye all, after cutting the big fat goat today this muslim gave away the 1st part (head and shoulders), with the brain and the juicy eye balls, to the poor.
The 2nd part this muslim gave away to friends and neighbours (including retching vegetarians) as it has the spare ribs, or bony cage, remember?
The 3rd part this muslim gave away to no one but kept it for himself. It had chunky shoulders of flesh that are known as 'rands' in neighbouring countries and 'chunks of rump' in most other parts of the world including aboriginal austraila.

It is not the case. Now Legally Haneef Can sue the Australian Govt. for defame / wrongfull confinement / loss of Image and demand HUGE Compensation.
I believe he must do that. Pls do not have a Hindu vs Muslim Bias.
This is a fact, No Indian should be mistreated and we should be ONE on this aspect.
I am Hindu and I fully support Haneef, now he is proven innocent , he should ask for huge compansation.
Also Australian Govt. should apologise for all the mistakes which ruined his smooth carreer.
We look at things in such a objective way, only than we can claim we are secular.
