Bring democracy in UK. No queen, no monarch.

Indian slaves still learn rhymes where they go to see queen.EERCX

Well said.

Theories, rules, principal, definitions, and intellectuals are mistress of these kind of monarchs and capitalists. They always have different yardsticks.

We live here because UK owes us a living, the money and other stuff they stole from Indians,We do not love these people or there country.
We do0n't call them sirs or sahibes but swear at them as much as possible, our lads beat the living daylight out of them. last ime when The national front( a group of whits against indians)we put 90% of the attackers in the hospital, there skin peeled up to the bones, limbs broken, skulls split open. since then no one has ever looked at us Indians Let alone attack our community.
We have no sympathy for them, we only want what they took from us.
Nothing More nothing less.
And we don't sing god save the stupid queen, we sing Jan Gan Mann,We don't celebrate queens birthday, let alone Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans, people of other countries and the whites of UK do not care either. Those days are long gone.

It's a sick comparison. Don't forget selective killings of Hindu-Punjabi in Punjab for 10 years. Then explosion by Sikh terrorists every where, then they killed PM then they distributed sweets and celebrated the killing. Everything adds up.

Just blaming some party wouldn't help. Sociologists must go deep to understand the reson.

Very true, and each and every Congress member and its thugs who went to neighbourhoods to do the killing, must be summarily executed.

I'm from Karnataka, but it bewilders me how the Congress could still stay in power despite what it did.

i think she has conducted herself well...in the face of family problems etc.She remains quite steady...i do not think we should blame the royals unfairly be-cos they were British...i am sure that if we had indian maharajas instead of her we would have great palaces, temples etc... but definitely no VT station!

You are wrong,She does not do any thing for the country her power is minimum, She just classed as the head of the state nothing else.
When the House of Parliament session is opened the door is shut on her face , she is not allowed in,she has to Knock on the door ask for permission to enter. The idea is to remind her that in the countries law is in the hand of the prime minister elected by the public and not in the hands of queen. She is No body.
Ask us we know it, We live here.

by MURALI SUBRAMANIAM on Dec 21, 2007 01:00 PM | Hide replies

what a shame to rediff to publish such an article having not mentioned even about one single ruler from the great subcontinent.

it seems that someone like rediff are trying to rewrite the history.
does it mean that there were no maurya's, cholas, cheras, pandiyas, pallavas, moghuls or satvahanas & etc...in india
it was in their reign that the world has got real civilisation some centuries of millenium before.
have u forgot about nalanda and taksila & etc... etc...
its a real shame for rediff.
take a chance to change yourself very soon

this is an idiotic criticsm. This piece was about modern events not past events. And for your information, the Cholas, Cheras, Pandiyas etc are not mentioned or even cared for by today's India. Even south indians name their institutions and places with North Indian names. Have some self respect and backbone first before criticising the British.
