ULATBAASI
by gunraj singh on Dec 21, 2007 11:21 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Are aisa kaise ho sakta hai?

16 saal ka ladka kaise kah sakta hai ki car wo chala raha tha? agar usne galti se bol bhi diya hai to court us k kahe par kaise yakeen kar legi? Karna bhi nahi chahiye.

Ab yaha us ladke k ADVOCATE ki entry hogi jo ye sabit kar dega ki ladke ne aisa koi bayaan nahi diya tha...

Case kuch din, mahine, saal chalega... phir sab theek ho jaayega. Ladka ba-izzat bari ho jaayega.

If you dont agree with me.... lagi Rs. 10-10 ki??? (Sorry is se jyada ka BET main nahi laga sakta;-)

The guy is rich enough to escape
by buzzer on Dec 21, 2007 11:07 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Legal procedures will not work , man.

The father is a rich guy, he will spend enough money to close the case and get his son out of juvenile court , or whatever.

Newspapers, websites, and magazines should publish this boy's photo along with those people killed. The boy's father's photo should also be published with FULL house address. Local people including vegetable vendors must be told not to go near the house - they must be cut off from society.

The school should kick him out.

The boy's father's business address must be published. All people dealing with the father on business must cut off relations. He is a murderer's father and must pay for the rest of the life.

It was because of money. The father got rich. He then spoils his son and now the son is a menace to society. The source of this money must be cut off

Its not only boys mistake
by srinivasa raghavan on Dec 21, 2007 10:54 AM  Permalink

Its even the governments mistake, if they were alloted a house( Assuming government spends enough money in rehabitating slum dwellers and etc, as they claim) they wouldnt be sleeping in pavement.
If the parents didnt gave him the car, it wouldnt have happened. How can a parent allow there adolecense kid( 16 yr) to gjo for late night show. that too in car.

Welcome aboard Chennai

I was fed up of listening to news relating to rich/mighty kids trampling to death people in Delhi. Now we have company. Come-on Chennai, you can kill even more. Don't lose to a Hindi speaking city.

I think Virendra meant it in sarcasm to the "rich spoilt brats". Whatever, wherever, this is gross carelessness from anyone concerned. The boy was cleverly "absconding" till date so that he could not test positive for alcohol / any other intoxicant.
In my opinion, punish the boy but punish the father with a severe tenure so that other rich dads are well cautioned prior.
we speak of external terrorism, this is gross internal terrorism where some one else's life doesnt seem to have a meaning, unless of course they are rich, mighty and influential.

List of persons got killed
by Unlimited Storage on Dec 21, 2007 05:55 AM  Permalink

May i know the list of persons who got killed?

Are they rich?
Are they related to karuna family or Jaya family?

Then who bothers. india is only for rich and power center. We dont need poor ppl.

The boy can go scot free and since he can bribe the entire police department, with his wealth he is also eligble for special driving award.

Long live india

the parents of the boy are first to be blamed if they had not allowed the boy to drive the car, this could have neen avoided give them a severe term then the boy gets. Or else these incidents are bound to increase

it was really unfortunate, that people died bcoz of some affluent parents' brat. i see many underaged kids driving 2 and 4 wheelers belonging to their parents. parents of such kids should be booked for allowing them such misadventures.

Mr. Adi, what varghese says is true and I am sure he said that with a good intention. Do you mean to say that people should live in streets and sleep in footpath?
