Its not Indian culture my friend. Its the society that has been changed into this way. Blame your parents & grandparents for this. Be proud that you & ur siblings are going to change this.

Its not for the care of other countries. Its the way you learn better by looking other countries. Most of the problem that you see today has been solved by one or more countries in the past, its just we shut with ourselves. Trust me, when you hit a javax.lang error where do you run? To the Google??? So someone somewhere has experienced this trouble & has posted an answer to this, which is useful for you right? His question is very good one.
politics,votebanks,dowry deaths,communal riots,caste fights,accidents,child abuse.... living hell on the earth. instead of developed it is going backwards.
Every Country want to become develope, therefore we are also one of them and following the examples of developed countries like united states and europe.It is all their culture.
At the same time media and film industry has contributed a lot. Even Children knows everthing at home with the kind of faithful support of T.V.

Raise or Decline is not sure...but If something goes against Nature, its sure not to exist at one point or another.
