This is an appropriate step taken by the CM of uttranchal. It should have started very early. Only this way there could be all round development of the state.

nope, needs to remove congressiness from every man in india, u know u can have scale 0-1 congressiness, means if u are pure congressi having congressiness equal to 1 then u rmost currupt...
Good News. Nice to know there are politicians wiht this kind of character. However, more important is to change our educaiton system and educaiton curriculum that is corrupting future generations, Hope at least Uttarancahl government will do some thing about it.
Howver, Kandhuri should watch out. It si not enought do these things, He should also let people know about it. Othewise, these government staff will bring down this government in the next election.
Our beloved media will not go there. Becuase it is least interested in positive news. It will land there only when there is a sex scandal, political murder or corruption scandal.
There is a 7 layer hierarchy (from Assistant Secretary to Cabinet Secretary) for an IAS Officer in his career in India.
With all respects to civil service officers I humbly submit that this hierarchy has created a chain of 'pleasing' his superiors instead of 'performing' for the nation.
Hence it is imperative to insulate civil servants precious 'passion' and 'potential' from 'pleasing' this hierarchy throughout his career.
Government should constitute a panel of
A) farmer B) industrialist C) professor D) trade union member E) member of parliament
to evaluate and appraise all civil service officers annual performance so that they can 'objectively' accomplish for India.
General Khanduri , Hats off to you. Donot worry about what the corrupt may say about you, please continue your campaign. BJP must continue to be a party with a difference. Modi has done it & you could do still better. Let others follow it up as well in Orrisa, MP, Chattisgarh, Punjab & Rajasthan. People of India need our leaders to be "incorruptible" & set the high standards for nextgen of politicians. Do something drastic about population too. May God bless you success in your endevours.

WRER EASTED FOR THE nON pRODUCTIVE CONFERANCE.People in T. n should learn by thuis time their leaders are using them as slaves to fill up the pockets of their leaders and for their family. shame to indian politics. How can a politician try to remove corruption? This is against constitution. Corruption, attrocity, minority appeasement, anti-hinduism, rowdism, communism are part of the fundamental rights and nobody has right to question or right to stop them from us. This is what we are practising since decades, as tought by our great leaders from congress. BJP is behaving anti-secular and anti-constitutional.

Some people believe blindly.
They first said desciplined party. We have seen a lot of dividsions now flared inside. they said non corrupt. bangaru lakshman promod mahajan etc. proved wrong. legislators traficking females. people should have given good majority then they can enjoy the comedy. really it was good for that party not having full majority in india.
I am very proud to see at last one cm of our India is counting every tax payer's money and start using carefully. Uttharancal satte shoub be proud to have a CM LIKE THIS. See how the time,money,power,water,electricity and so many Government macineries was simply wasted in Tamil Nadu for the Youth Conferance for the unproductive output. It has put all the Public life into a jeorpardy. the CM OF tAMIL nADU IS VERY PROUD FOR HAVING HIS WASTED ALL THE ENERGIES FOR THE NON PRODUCTION. see the money is simply wasted and to just to say yes to these two leadres this conferance was held. so see the contrast between this UTTARANCHAL CM AND T.N C.M. HOPE THE GOD SAVES THIS SLAVES OF THIS TAMIL NAND.
