What about the drug peddler, son of pramod mahajen? I am sure he will get away without any issue as he may be using the wealth amassed bu his father to hide his crime

His son is not a drug peddler; if he ever was in the past i wouldnt know. But he may have taken drugs during the time when he was found unconscious--and by some accounts, naked too--with a dead secretary of the late and great Pramod Mahajan.

Your are a 'commie' and its is not surprising that you think through you rear-end. Like charity you comments should begin at home ( you home state). Ask where Pinaryi Vijayan got the 80 Lacs to send his son to study in the UK ? How did a party that works for the poor and the down trodden get 2000 crs to start a Televison Channels ? Maybe they borrowed it from Pramod Mahajan and that is why he could not give 1 crore to Pravin. He is a martyr for the the CPI (M). You should consider renaming the AKG Bhavan as Pramod Mahajan Bhavan. Every politician has only people's money ! Even a nitwit knows that. All nitwits are equal but some nitwits are more equal than others . You being the later believe that only the BJP is playing with people's money and the CPM is using the money that its leaders inherited from thier forefathers. Please give me a break and start using the left side of your brain even if it is in the rear end of your anatomy

I feel very pity on people like Sahadevan. he is a communist, brain washed by the communists in kerala. They had already closed majority of companies in the state and even the rest will soon be closed. No enterprenuer dare to start a new company in Kerala fearing this people.
Al though after having the vast coastal sea line (much more than mUmbai) kerala state is surviving on the incoming money from gulf. it is the same people who screwed all companies in kerala, but now many working even washing Arabs urinals.
Sahadevan is one who is now working in a cyber cafe in kerala, surviving on the money he is getting from his wife in gulf working as a Nurse. Please have sympathy on him.
BJP works to make every cadres must collect 2000 crores like Pramod Mahajan. But people are well-educated today. They will not allow to befool people and make money from Mafia and George Bush.

Pramod Mahajan used to play bold games publicly and behind the scenes. Such a man was undone by his brother. This was no ordinary family matter. Let us not treat Pramod Mahajan's in the same manner as JFK's assassination has been. The killer is in front of us. The judge should have asked him why he killed his brother and Pravin is believed to have spilled a lot of dirty beans on his brother as his motive for committing the act. I am only demanding that it be made public. That I did not think highly of Pramod Mahajan has got nothing to do with it.
I want to know what Pravin had to say about his brother during the in-camera court sessions. Pramod Mahajan was a public figure and everything about him the public has a right to know, I think. If Pravin killed him because he had a genuine reason to do so, maybe we can sympathise with him without asking for sparing his life. Justice is not 'delivered' until we know his side of the story, so to speak. Pramod Mahajan's assassination was the ultimate criticism of 'what', we would like to know.

It is the hatred between the brothers and promod mahajan was not a good man he acted more than brother hood to ambanis to flurish by giving exemptions so nothing wrong in killing him

The guy, Pravin, talks like he is mad. By 'genuine reason' I mean reasons which are true, not lies or imaginary which may be indicative of a guilty consciousness: or a desire to cheat the law by demonstrating a mentally deranged condition of mind and in doing so to escape punishment as deserved. If Pramod was evil what did Pravin had to say about it. I was wondering if RTI can be taken recourse to in order to learn about Pravin's motive for killing his brother. If the court rules that Pramod Mahajan's murder case is out of bounds for the public then we can shut up. Or else I demand to know what Pravin said behind closed doors.

Mr. Nayak, strong arumentation you have depicted. What can you do by knowing all the family matters behind the murder. Can you memorise history of Mugal, Saha and few other dynasty? They killed their brother and even father for the throne but this person (perhaps for money)? I don't believe he will be punished for his sin. It is just to highlight the people of India and then he will be escaped easily by polical power imposition to SC/HC judge. See recent cases. If Promod was evil, then Pravin is not the person to give punishment like death. I don't understand what you want to say by "if Pramod was evil"?
RE:Media bias

Pravin would not have killed his brother if he had not thought him to be 'evil'. I want to know everything he said about his brother in court. I dont believe there is nobody out there who is interested in knowing the motives behind events that happened in history. Pramod Mahajan is part of contemporary history and I need to know as much I can about him as possible because I am interested in knowing about it. Had Pravin not killed his brother and instead wrote a scandalous book on him, I would have much preferred that. After all Pramodji's stint as I&B minister was not something which deserved an award by parliament.

Dear, Praveen may now utter any nonsense again his deceased brother nowing fully well that, one, his brother is not alive to defend himself and, second, many political opponents of Pramod would lap up his bundle of lies to paint BJP in black. Let no one give any importance to nonsense of Praveen who has a very cold and criminal bend of mind. people like him can never be trusted

Now that the court has ruled that Pravin is guilty we the people might be informed what Pravin had to say about why he killed his brother. Why did it get out in the first place that Pravin started revealing scandalizing things about Pramod when the court ruled that it was to kept from the public? Why was the court trying to shield Pramod? What Pravin said in court however dirty it may be, dont forget, was his motive for gunning down Pramod. Now that the verdict is out we need to know about it.
