Wow can I play too?
by Narayan Venkatishvar on Dec 17, 2007 12:19 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Look at the full story... A man walks into somebody's house, shoots him... walks into the Police station after that... Hands over the Gun to the Police & Confesses that he has shot his brother... Police arrest him....

Then... the Strory of Indian Penal System starts.... it takes a year to prove he is guilty.... In between, he also retracts his statement saying, he never visited his brother's house.... Wow, Our legals system is Soooooooo easy to play around with!

Another live example is the Free Man Sanjay Dutt!

Hat's off to our legal system which is filled with loop holes & most of the Codes are Outdated & phrased during the british times....

Our System says if you have power and money you will get every opportunity to get rid of the crime. If you are a common man Beware, Kanoon ke haath bahot lambe hote hain, tum bach nahi paoge. You will be punished. "Battameej ek to paisa nahi hai na koi minister ka haath hai fir bhi crime karta hai, ja marr"

My Dear friend... A pick pocketer also doesn't kill anyone... so is a chain snatcher or a car thief... But that does not mean they are left to roam free!

They are equally dangerous....
Regarding Sanjay Dutt.... I know he may have procured a gin for self defense... But the very fact that he could get hold of a Underworld guys so easily & get a gun delivered to His MP father's place... clearly indicates the link he had with them... He may not be involved in the Blast at all... But he definitely knew the underworld guys quite closely!

Dear Freinds, in Bollywood from the top to the bottom everyone knows underworld. To be precise even people like SRK, Salaman, Anil Kapoor, Govinda all are of the same thali ke chate bate. Without Underworld no one can survive in this industry even Sanjay Dutt.

Pramod mahajan was one of the most corrupted politicans in BJP he amassed wealth above 1000 crores and he was known for his high scoiety and scoial behaviour. According to somem media news he had a illicit relationship with his brother's wife that's why he was murdered by his own brother( authentic sources please) that's why his court proceedings were barred from media coverage.

If he has not killed his brother he should give name of the person who killed his brother. If he killed him for some other reason he should tell this to the court and media clearly. If he killed his brother just because he wanted respect or money he should be hanged till death, without giving him chance to go to High court or supreme court. But court and law is for poor or middle class people not for rich and powerful. We see this kind of criminals getting bail and enjoying life in India.

I understand your feelings. But one cannot be punished like the way you say. Let the court decide. And he must be given all opportunity to prove himself if he says he has not killed. And mind you the judges take the intention of the guilty also to consideration. So its the Judicial system which has to decide

But buddy do you think what we have seen happening with a famous actor and MP's son and brother covicted and got bail and started showing his attitude again. Don't you think its all a joke and insult of common man? If a common man get in to this trap I hope we all know what happens, before courty gives any decision police only kills you emotionaly, mentally physically.

Indian Law is actually boon to the criminals. Now In Delhi There are Gangs in Delhi. Who looks out for OLD people and get their property rented.
Then Never Pay rent and refuse to leave the house. They now that if that Old man goes in to court the case can go up to 20 Years. And some lawers even facilate these Gangsters for the same. I have recently gone through two such cases. Parents of NRIs are easy prey for the same.

Why you are so agitated in Pranjith's comment. Pramod Mahajan was a corrupted politician in India. When he was I&B Minister under Vajpayee Govt. he earned crores from telecom companies. That is y he has been removed from that post by the PM. The tragedy he faced, it was a punishment by God. The fact that his son is a druggist and saddist is also a fact. What is the wrong in this? Mr. Rahul please explain.
