anyway thank god he is found guilty at last he shuld hv been found guilty long time back it simply waste of time and he is alive for what?I fully agree with Mr. sujeer who has written the affair incident, No body is mad just to kill his own brother for money like this. He had affair with Pravin Mahajan's wife that is only the reason why he has been killed. No man will accept this that his own brother doing such a wild crime.

If that was the case, he should have killed Sarangi too. Pravin is a lazy useless fellow depending on and expecting him to feed for a life-time. Killing an elder brother who brought him to Bombay and educated him and raised a family for him, is unethical and unjustifibale. The punishment the judiciary must decide.

You may be right.But here too some goons of gujarat are still alive engage in overtime.
A man drove to the flat of his brother, parked his car at the basement, boarded the elevator, rang the door bell, get in to the flat, barged into his brother's room and shoot his own brother pointblank, reason-Brother didn't pay the MONEY which he demanded... The story does not go down the throat. There should have been many reasons to this seemingly straight forward case of murder. A brother can not keep on asking money to his elder brother every now and then and the elder brother can not keep silence about it waiting for death to come. I am sure there have been many reasons because of which Parvin Mahajan has all the guts and anger to shoot his own brother. It doesn't happen in a flash of a second.The reasons which angered Parvin are: Parmod's illicit relationship with Sarangi, Parmod's persuasion of his brother to marry Sarangi to cover up his deeds, Parmods piling of 2000 Cr of wealth through corruption etc etc. The need of the hour is not to victimize Parvin but to find out the truth and investigate how Parmod piled up a wealth of 2000 Cr from the treasury of country and what prompted Pravin kill his own brother.

Sujeel , why are you wasting your time here you would make a millions in Bollywood as a sript writer. What you ignore is that fact that 'Money' is the single most important cause for murder. The rest is a the figment of your sick imagination. If you are aware of Pramod having 2000 Crs and at the same time having a relationship with his brother's wife and you are not insane you should present this information to the Mumbai police and see that justice is done in this case . I doubt if the Mumbai police reads the Rediff comments in search of evidence! If not shut up and keep your theories to yourself.
The courts in India are equipped to take a decision on this matter without the theories of sleeze balls like you .

For your kindest information a movie is already on the roll on this whole drama but unfortunately I am not the Script Writer.Fact is always bitter but you need to accept it as you swallow the bitter pills.Had I been an advocate I would have definetly be defence counsel for Pravin.Moreover to your shock one more fact to soothen your ear drum Pramod was also involved in the murder of Shivani Bhatnagar.
