It Seem in India We have Different Law for Different People. Rich People can get away with murder also... Poor Peoples always Suffers.. God save India!!
Bhudha Deb and CID was more sincere to find out the guilties in Rizwanur case. This lady (Rizwan's mom) was misled by Trinamool leaders and unnecessarily demanded CBI enquiry for this case. This was a totally non-political case and there was absolutely no reason why CID will not do a good job. She has demanded CBI enquiry and she has got it and now she should keep quite. Calcutta High Court, also should stop ordering CBI enquiry for any and every case to avoid the waste of tax payers money. Rizwan's uncle and a brother once claimed CPM leaders were also involved in murder. That was a clearly politically motivated statement. They were totally misled by TC leaders. TC's work is misleading the people and creating chaos in the state.
Media published this news with lot of funfare. I'm sure the same media will never publish a line (forget headline) saying CBI found no CPM leaders involved in this case.

How cheap you are just talking of religon, you are the people who divide peoples & contry, you are sperading hatrate & you should call dengerious terorist, a young boy died, all rich peoples are still playing & will get out of this everyone is just watching what money can do,instead of writting truth you are talking about religion, shame on you

Because the case is very clear. How rich people can do what ever they want. from police to law, all goes in the favor of rich. And some fools tries to weigh it in communal way.

Do u mean that if one case is getting publicly known and if justice can be met by it aftr being known to every1 and people can come fwd to help the victim's family get Justice .... this shuid not be done... coz other cases... ( rather so many and large number of cases r also there wherein justice has been/ is not being delivered.)
Grow up man! People have made it an issue if people of these castes get married to each other. go n tell them not to make an issue out of it. and let the people who hav decided to live with each other live.
At Times it is necessary for the press to bring into notice of people such issues.

very good, v should support truth, not rich peoples,and should stop writting about religion our cast,we r only indian, our country & people should grow, stop politics, spread truth, support media as due to media rich peoples are some type under pressure,even after this also they will come out, but media has done his duty now we have to do our duty by supporting truth & media.

When i visit blogs I find most participating are idiots.Each Blog will result in Hindu Muslim clash, sometimes even micro level community clashes.Rizwanur's case is purely a case which defines that money rules administration-We, both Hindu Muslims, middleclass are victim of this and we should fight this together-Else the rich upper class will be happy seeing a community divide which will only add to their benefit.

Phleez spare us talk of rich upper class blah blah..I agree it is regrettable that every blog ends up in filth but the whole world has "decided" that Todi is guilty. That is not fair.. People at large wanted a CBI probe, which has done and if the probe shows that Todi was involved , punish him but if he is innocent, then he should be left alone. We cannot be prejudiced..

Hello Totomon, you are a process oriented person. However you will admit that many things in the case were done in a unnatural manner. The people asked some questions to which CBI is giving answers which are shoddy. Throughout the case every now and then statements were planted in media to color the case in a different way. It is because of this that people are not believing anything.
Rizwanur alrdy committed suicide when he foolishly married Todi's daughter and then he was premediatedly murdered by Todis hangman! 3 cheers for Lux cozy!

dear...How did u know dat Riz was of bad character and that he killed himself prior to the CBI report being published in the High Court?? And b d w u seem that u dont know much about the incident....For Riz Kolkata's civil society protested in a great way and so as the media...If ur case was true I am sure that such mass outcry would not have been possible... And here Muslims,Hindus etc dont matter....The guilty whoever is should be punished...
It is high time that the special marriage act must be abolished and new act regarding the inter-caste marriage and inter-religion must be brought up.Lot of innocent girls and boys are getting cheated due the existing special marriage act.Before such marraiges parents of both girl and boy intimated by the registar or court.
