This man is insane and a broken record. Last few years, he went around spewing nonsense that if NDA comes to power, all the Muslims will be driven to Pakistan, the western countries would not invest in India, there will be no more elections and bla bla bla. BJP came and went democratically. India was made stronger by NDA government, it regained some of its past glory. He is so prejudiced and closed minded that he doesn't even make an effort to see what other party has to say. If he had any shame, he would be taking retirement.
No Sane person in India reads anything praful bidwai writes... He is a hopeless spirit roaming around devoid of reality on the ground... poor fellow, he is too much burdened with his decades old ideology... Cannot see his ideology wrapped in dust...

How can a journalist say this? Shame on you Praful. You are not a supreeme court judge to suggest what EC should do.
The EC must correct this error of judgment and severely punish Modi. But what Modi most richly deserves is political punishment. Gujarat's electorate should send him packing.
