The corporation says it was rented by contractor illegally. The govt is irresponsible, the contractor is irresponsible, the people living there were also irresponsible to have got in to an understanding to live illegally out there. All the utilities (water/electricity) etc are all from the taxes we common people pay.

After a 'tough day' at work, sure boys were having a great time with female colleagues (who are now modern and drink a lot and have minimum cloth on) and stumbled on the pillars of the building!

INDIA RISING!

Concerned corporation people and contractor involved this incident. Now they blaming contractor and they are trying to save them selves.

In india no punishment such irresponsible people.

Now there is no government in Karnataka. Governer should take strict action againt them.

Definately, What the corporation was doing while the contractor rented it out. This clearly shows the authorised person in the corporation has taken bribes and allowed the contractor to rent it out.

I Agree with your answer but some of UPA members including PM might say like this with little twist.

"This act was done by communal forces and i condemn this cowardice act and a CM might have involved."

and what is the corporation doing since them, i feel all the corporation employees responsible should be laid off, which is not possible in india, so ideally it should be privatised.

how the corporation will know as they donot have eyes/ears. Even they do not have any system to check safe design and its proper implemation.
what they know is only to collect lot of money by way of tax/levies.
in our country v r at mercy of god.And god is great but not than these politicians.
