Irresponsible crook!! How he could keep is revolver so irresponsibly. Sometimes teens may not understand the 'real' consequence of their action. Whether it is in India or US/any other country, the issue is irresponsibility of the parents leads to such unruly behaviour of their ward.
However, I do not say the teens' should not be punished, but his parents should have been more responsible!
This seems to be a problem that has brought on us by the psychiatrists and the stupid human rights activitists who have been hounding the schools to ban corporal punisment. and this is a direct result of that, In our times we had a saying which went "Spare the rod and spoil the child". How true it rings now. In case the school had kicked the those boys at the right time they would not have done this and one precious life would not have been nipped in the bud.I say kick those bloody rights activitists in the nuts and the world will be a better place to live in

Hi I agree with you to a certain point. If innocents are tortured then it makes sense if the Human Rights activists step in, But these shit bags keep making a big noise even when terrorists are given the treatment!!!

And who decides who is innocent?
Sadly, the constitution guarantees that the people will not be subjected to unusual and cruel punishment even if they are guilty. We all so wish we didn't have to live under laws don't we?
Parenting is not only the fullfilling the desires of your kids. Parents think if they are doing so they are doing their job adeptly. However, fact lies in giving the best values to your kids. I know some people who make fun of their relatives/neibours/people from other culture in front of your kids. I don't what picture they want to draw for kids. We should teach our kids how to respect others regardless of their religion/region/culture/language/age/sex/race/physical appearance/mental level. Everyone has something special. These things are more important than any education in the world.

Well said. But in today's fast food life parents fail to teach their kids the basic values of life and their moral responsibility towards the society. There are some parents who teach their kids these things but only if there are more and more parents teach their kids good things in life then only incidents such as above will not happen.
This is all because of irresponsible behaviour of parents in the development of childrens. Parents have to pay attention and provide proper guidence to their ward. Also the Media and western culture to the some extent are responsible. In the High soceity most parent's have a mere time to take care of their childrens. As parent fail to keep an eye on their childern's such situation can occur.
We are getting reluctant towards our children, just thinking that giving them fat pocket money and gadgets they ask for, make them free from their responsibilities toward our parenthood. If we cant give a nation - bhagat singh, gandhi, vivekanand we should make them atleast a good human being. We are copying the western culture, "We dont have to interfere in their doing" but atleast learn from west, sense of ignorence towards your kids would harm entire community. How kids in America are getting spoiled. Then the parents like those say "Mera beta meri sunta hi nahin". He will not listen to anyone, and want to make his own world.
nowadays the most of the kids r in front of tv and watching wrestling and action cartoons, movies and willing to act as them and even them at home and school, this an alarm to the parents to change the kids entertainment and their attitude
i m fully agree with what rajalakshmi has said..we are just blindly imitating west and so becoming psuedowestern...our culture and values are lost and thats because of today's biggest problem "WEAKENED PARENTAL CONTROL" ..now we are living in the era of so called HUMAN RIGHTS so father cant ever dare to punish his son for any bad doing....where are those old days where we used to have the fear of even the shoe nock of our fathers....GOD SAVE INDIA...RAM SAVE INDIA...
Guys, we are including me are pukka delhiite for more than past 5 generations. The Delhi people under American influence would do anything to imitate white. They listen to english music, imitate the accent and do whatever these buggers (whites) would do. Sometimes I think if westerners were shitting upside down would our Delhi people imitate the same as well. Long back heard story of crow getting peacock feather, thinking he was peacock. Wake up guys, don't loseour culture. Thank God I got job in Chennai where culture is well retained and people are what we Delhiites used to be long time ago. Last, I travel a lot in Jet airways on job and see that copassenger women or girls travelling in the flight rarely wear Indian attire. They are in sking tight jeans as if they were going in salwar kameez (more comfortable clothes as per our climate) they would not be allowed on board. What a pity!
