How can our system tackle these menaces because these are lying in our system.Tit for tat is not the answer; The culprits should be adequately punished along with their parents.
Well when a person appliey for a arm licence ,There in a cluase in the form that where you have the arm- many writes IN OUR CUSTODY IN SAFE PLACE. 1st police should arrest the licencee of the .32 pisto. Than the bus conductor should also arrsted.

This is horrible. This definitely calls for some strong action against the parents of the culprits as well as the licence holder of the pistol itself.

the parents will simply wash their hands saying without their notice their boy had taken the pistol to school and they came to know of this only through media. Ultimately a precious life is lost for no fault.
all delhites come across numerous incidents of rowdism and bullying at the hands of these so called rich people from the rural background evry day. even driving in delhi is not safe. the parents should be brought to book .the political patronage not withstanding
this is the classic example of outrageous real estate boom in metros. the kids who shot at students are ironically son's of the real estate goons/ dons. otherwise how do they obtain pistols with them. these real estate mafias brings only tear, sorrow and death to the ordinary people. when there will be rationalising of land rates india?
Just hang these culprits without any trial bcoz our judicial system will give final verdict when these culprits reach an age of 50 Plus. They may look like children now - but actually they will be underworld dons tomorrow...

..just a correction. '..by the time these children's children reach the age of 50' makes better sense.

Its a pathetic judicial system i would admit. Meanwhile do you think these richie rich guys kids would get bail. I m sure their parents would shell out a crore or so, to see their kids out and the judge and cops would nt mind a crore each to let em out, would they !
Jiske paas paisa, uska bol balaa.. wait n watch ! Their strategy would be , once this matter becomes thandaa and the media and ppl forget about this... they will play dirty politics and some official business in crores.
There should be some terms and conditions before issueing arm licnese which should prohibit the use of weapons. Also what I find in communities now is that we do not teach our children about forgiveness, cooperation and sharing etc. etc. and this incedent is a clear cut indication of what the child has learnt from parents. So I feel not oly child but parents are also guilty.
First of all the parents of these stupid boys should be punished severley, for keeping the gun at the reach of the children. The mother and the father of the boys are not educting or spending more time with their son to give affection instead these stupid people will roam around the bars, discotheqs, hotels, cinemas etc.... and doing illegal activities. In this case how these people will bother about their kids. And finaly end up like this killing innocent boys. For all this acts the parents of the killers should be punished and put them in jail.

I am 100% agree with your views. Now just watch...parents will be spending huge amounts to buy the witness, bribe the concerned Police Inspector, to hire reputed advocate so that their son go scot free.

First of all are you sure that the so called father of these guys are the legal father. These people roam around and sleep with one and all. You cannot say whose sons these guys are really.
