It is almost official. Karnataka will go to poll in April 2008. This is a good decision.
The statement that JD (S) is finding it difficult to keep its leaders together is not correct. It is media creation.
Shri Deve Gowda has already stated that the former legislators who want to defect to other parties can go!!! There will be no loss to JD(S)
This will be definitely advatageous to JD (S), as it needs to consolidate itself. All defectors shall be kept away to make itself a strong force in karnataka.

Non sense. The legislators are staying back with JDS just because they fear Gowda and not because of any other reason. Dont just blog without any knowledge.
In order to find the answer on "How Indian Democracy could be saved", I believe before each election, there should be 1 year President rule both in the state and the central levels. President, Governors (non-political), IAS and IPS should hold all the portfolios during this period. Then I believe Democracy will be less corrupted and guity like Communists, congress and Pseudo-secularists will be punished by the people severely. People will have right to caste their vote. example, communists donot allow people to vote for opponents. they threat people, and kill any form of democratic right of the people.
So, there should be such kind of ammendment Parliament should bring to save Indian democracy.
Otherwise it will be ruled by most corrupted congress, communists and Peudo-secularists, and India will be divided into pieces.
you are 100% correct.they will not hesitate to ally with Pakistani PREZ if he offers him CM karnataka. The word farmers, backward class are the ones that are grossy misused and abused in his hand. There no single enterprenur who suffered humilations in his hand.He thinks the Karnataka people are too fool to believe him.Let us see the Karntaka people respond to him in the elections.Raj
Now it is time for the people of Karnataka to throw all the DEVA GOWDA CROOKS into Indian Occean and bring back the Government of BJP with a thumping majority. If any politician is contesting on JD-S ticket - he can be considered as a hooligan / buffoon / goonda / smuggler / thugs. No right thinking politician will go to a crook like Deva Gowda.
Congress is delaying the elections so that people will forget the injustice done to BJP. But people are smart they will vote BJP to power.
If we recall history in 1984 N.T.Rama Rao government having more than two thirds majority was toppled by Indira Gandhi / Ravan Lal / Corrupt Nadendla Bhaskara Rao. But in less than one month N.T.Rama Rao was restored to power. Subsequently, after Indira gandhi's assasination entire nation voted for Rajiv Gandhi, but Andhra Pradesh voted for N.T.Rama Rao. Mid term pools are held for State Assembly also to root out corrupt MLA's and N.T.Rama Rao won more than three fourth's seats. Similarly, in Karnataka Polls people will do justice to BJP party.
In Andhra Pradesh Congress is afraid that Chiranjeevi may join politics. So, they are planning to call for early elections (one year before due date) so that Chiranjeevi will not have time to form the party and root out corrupt congress party. But if Chiranjeevi decides to join in politics - one month is sufficient to form the party and organize everything.

Deva Gowda is also responsible for the death of Rama Krishna Hegde, who was a gentleman in politics. God will do justice and Deva Gowda will be in a situation similar to HITLER!!!
