What the foundation has said is that Gujarath is a good state for business. Even before Modi was ruling Gujarath, it was a state for doing good business.

Gujarat has received the Best e-Governed State Award for 2006-2007 year at the convention of 42nd Computer Society of India (CSI). Gujarat has received awards in four categories, best e-Governed state, best e-Governed Department (health and family welfare), best e-Governance G2B project for e-Procurement and also for VAT Informations System.

The main problem of India is that Govt. information is not shared with people. This is the root cause of corruption. This was the main reason the RTI act was brought in. This was also a reason RAjiv GAndhi said that in India only 10% of the prescribed money reaches its intended payee.
Considering all this Mr.Modi's E-Governance project gets tremendous inportance. It also creates lots of empolyments.
If gujarat development is bcas of the business minded ppl there, then india's development is also becas of the business minded indian entreprenures and business tycoons and NRIs who support them... then what is the achievement of the Central Govt in Delhi...other than bringing in hatred among communities, minority appeasement and stashing of money in swiss accounts. Can they name any activity as the development of their own... Where does the central govt get money to implement development activities if the states do not give then the money... only a meagre amount is given back to the states...if its state that is a ruled by a non congress and not being its allies then no relief is given for natural calamities like flood and drought. Even these amount is gobbled up by them...

Modi Administration in Gujarath is like British rule. British rule was 1000000000000 times better than Congress Govt in all respects. DURING BRITISH RULE FIRST OF ALL there were no COMMUNAL RIOTS (THERE ARE NO MORE COMMUNAL RIOTS IN GUJARATH DURING MODI'S REGIME), no corruption, no interference from England (like the Centre) etc. SO WHAT COMPLAINT DOES RAHUL GANDHI HAS AGAINST MODI OR BJP IN GUJARATH? ITS CONGRESS WHICH HAS ALWAYS CHEATED THE INDIANS & ITS CONGRESS WHO HAS DEVIDED HINDU MUSLIMS FOR THEIR VOTE BANK. IF BJP IS AGAINST MUSLIMS, THERE WOULD NOT BE EVEN ONE MUSLIM IN BJP BUT ITS NOT SO. IN THE STATE OF MAHATMA GANDHI GODHRA INCIDENT SHOULD NOT HAVE OCCURED. AND MODI HAS HANDLED IN THE BEST MANNER TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO MORE SUCH INCIDENTS, TILL DATE. WE CAN BE SURE OF SUCH INCIDENTS IF CONGRESS COMES TO POWER IN GUJARATH. IF RAHUL GANDHI WANTS TO SAY THE PROGRESS IN GUJARATH IS ON ACCOUNT OF THE PEOPLE & NOT MODI/BJP GOVT, THEN HOW CONGRESS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEVELOPMENT IN INDIA. ITS THE PEOPLE.
