It is surprising that the top leadership of the BJP itself is devoid of commoinsense and intelligence.It is not because of the personal attacjk of Modiagainst sonia that the EC is proceedignagainst hem.It is becuse of his opoewn support and admission that sheiek shabuddin seserved to be killed because he was a terrorist .This is unconstitutional and a worst crime on the part of a cheif Minister who is alsoaccused of colluding in the crime of fake encounter.Asonis aptly described him as a mechant of Death.such poersonal attqckes do not invit action against any body by the election commission.If Modi is aggreieved by such a rmarks he can proiceed agoinbst sonia befor ea coutr of Law and prove that the accusation is damaging.Modi and all th BJP leadership can levelpr=ersonal accusations against sonia and that will not invite anyaction by th eEC.The person claiming to be a chief Miniater should know the diffenrce between his ubncinstitutional declaration that one who is uspepected tobe terrorist can be shot by a fake encounter by his governement ,Because of this admnission ,the central goernemn and the goernor shoul dsuo mottu take action agaist him for murder of an person who has not been proved guilty beefor the court of law legally,
Narendra Modi is the leader who can undertake several developmental projects at the same time. One can see the progress Gujarat has made during his tenure as CM and see a difference between the work done by his government and the work done by previous governments. Jyotirgram Yojna, Sujlam Sufalam yojna, Chiranjeevi yojna are among the achievements of his government. Providing electricity to more than 18000 villages in 1000 days is really a great achievement of any goverment. With 24 hour power supply in the villages, the students will be benefited alot by having more time to finish their homework and assignments. Sujalam Sufalam is another achievement from his government. The people of Gujarat knows about the importance of the projects like sardar sarovar and sujalam sufalam because there are the regions in the state where one has to walk for 1 to 3 kms to bring drinking water. There are the regions where one has to wait for the water tankers for hours. Please vote for NM and be sure that he gets another tenure of 5 years inorder to accomplish his vision of Gujarat: a growth engine of India. Prof. Kalam's Vision of India being an economic power in 2020 can be accomplished by the development of all states of India. Please vote for Narendra Modi.

A drive by car from Surat to Bharuch via Olpad, Hansot, Ankleshwar and you will get to know what Narendrabhai Modi and his government has done in Gujarat. It is almost six years and a simple 35 kilometers road is still incomplete while the Ram-Bhakts are making money and becoming millionaires in the name of road construction. Is Gujarat vibrant ? I do not know, but I do know this much, my car will surely vibrates when I drive on this road.
bjp's advani's real grouse and complaint to the EC should be that the " congress provoked Modi to make the statement , which invited action on Modi from the EC.
provocation is the main grouse of bjp/ advani and not the statements of sonia / digvijay singh.
is Modi mentally weaked that he gets provoked so easily. is he a fit CM for vibrant gujarat state if he gets provoked so easily ??
why is bjp making sohrabuddin such a big terrorist that he had to be eliminated in a fake encounter and Modi/ Advani and bjp has to justify his elimination.
bigger terrorists and more dreaded terrorists were released by advani as home minister and personally escorted by jaswant singh to safety.
why then is bjp/ advani/ modi making so much of an issue about afzal guru's execution. afterall he is a smaller terrorist than those released by the bjp/ advani.
why does bjp/ advani/ modi have such double standards for terrorists.

I can explain!
BJP's main grouse is that whether it is the media or the EC, it has displayed double standards. When Congress talks about "Merchant of Death" etc. media or EC doesnt bat an eyelid. But when Modi responds to it, they scream!
Regarding Afzal Guru, he has been convicted not by Modi but by the Supreme Court of India and has been sentenced to death! If a citizen of this country asks for the Supreme Courts order to be implemented, does he become evil in your eye?
Regarding Sohrabbudin, it has been proved beyond doubt that he is no saint. Police of 4 states (including Andhra which is Congress ruled) were after him. It is only incidental that he was killed in an encounter in the geographical boundaries of Gujarat. Why is the pseudo-secular media ignoring these facts?
Regarding the terrorists released by the home minister, have you forgotten the 300 Indian hostages who were stuck in Kandahar for 10 days? Have you forgotten the killing of some hostages? Have you forgotten how the media (the same media which is now criticising the BJP) had put pressure on the govt by showing crying relatives of the hostages? Have you forgotten Brinda Karat, who is wife of CPM head, had staged a dharna outside PM's residence asking for the hostages to be released? How can the blame go only to the BJP then? ARent the media, the CPM, etc equally responsible? Should they have allowed the 300 hostages to die?

dear mr king your explanations are too pat. calling someone"merchant of death"is not a crime. but justifying a fake encounter on religious grounds is a crime as per the EC rules. after making his statement Modi tried to cover it up by stating sohrabuddin was killed in a real encounter. whereas his own officers have accepted in the supreme court that sohrabuddin was killed in a fake encounter and several police officers were arrested. secondly sohrabuddin was a small time extortionist who was extorting money.a lobby of gujarat builders paid money to the gujarat police officers to have him eliminated. under no count can you call him a terrorist on the lines of azhar mahmood or afzal guru.sohrabuddin was not such a big criminal to justify an encounter and for modi or the bjp to beat their chests for a job well done. regarding the hijack at kandahar , it was an intelligence failure. the plane at amritsar could have been prevented from taking off to afghanistan , but for the lack of courage by advani the home minister and his officers in taking tough decisions.3 dreaded terrorists were released and rs 25 crores paid to them . and not to forget the same terrorists were responsible for 9/11 and several other terrorist attacks . lastly the medias job is to cover events as they unfold. you cannot criticse them for doing their job. similiarily its the job of politicians to criticse the decisions of the ruling party. brinda karat was right in staging a dharna for the release of the

last of all afzal guru's execution is pending with the president of india. there are several executions pending from the NDA govts time and before. let advani justify why he did not expedite any pending executions during his tenure as home minister / deputy PM before demanding afzal guru's execution which was ordered by the supreme court hardly a year back.
