BJP which defends Gujrat riots of 2002 and made Vajpayee backtrack on his famous FOLLOW RAJ DHARMA advice to Modi cannot be expected to react any differently to Modis latest election exploits on Shorabuddin fake encounter case. All that Modi is doing is to exploit the highly polarized voters of Gujrat to his advantage by some clever and sly twisting of words in his election speeches on emotive issues like Terror, Ram Sethu, personalized attack on Sonia etc. BJP should realise that as long as Modi continues in power there is absolutely no chance of peace and start of a healing process in Gujrat between the two communities. From a leader of some stature to an arrogant rabble rouser that he has become as seen in this election, first it is the state of Gujrat and next it is going to be the BJP which is going to be the main loser in the National scene. While hoping that EC takes firm action against Modi way of electioneering i only hope people in this polarised state of of Gujrat also realise the necessity to give him a break for the good of the state and the Nation.

Modi is right in replying to Congress's charge of Hindu terrorist and merchant of deaths. If Modi is Hindu terrorists then he has to tell the people What were the charges against sohrabuddin. Though sohrabuddin's death is tragic but I was not aware that he was not an innocent fall in police's hand. He has criminal past and criminal record. After seeing that I feel Modi should not be punished to bringing the truth. So far I was thinking BJP on defensive and there is some truth to what Sonia claimed. Modiji we are with you.
Modi is uncrowned king of Hindu Fundamentalists. He is not afraid of any central agencies be it Judiciary, Police or Government. With the backing of Hindu religion he can go scot free with any criminal activities in India.

On what basis do you say 'WITH THE BACKING OF HINDY RELIGION he can go scot free'? Are are alleging that Hinduism bails out criminals,killers and terrorists like some other organized religions do?
It may be a fashion among Sonia Gandhis,Buddhas,Digvijay Singhs and Arjun Singhs to unreasonably badmouth Hindu religion at every opportunity,but a literate person like you should have more sense than those people when you write comments like the above.They are just power hungry politicians,you must be a better educated working man/woman.

I think this is perfect approach by BJP. They need to fight it out legally. If Congress/Left has issues with what Modi said then WB Cheif Minister is more guilty. WB CM's remeark of "tit for tat" in Nandigram is implicit admission of a crime and then that guy was NOT talking on behalf of police but was talking on behalf of his party caders.
And again, what Modi justified police encounters and NOT "fake" encounters in his remark. There is a world of difference between these two.
BJP needs to show same kind of aggression when they deal with hypocrat Congress/Left.
